Where I live in Florida you cannot shoot lacquer outside unless you have a minimum of 10% reduction because the humidity is so bad it causes even vinyl sealer to blush. I use Sherwin Williams vinyl sealer it’s great dries fast and smells horrible lol. I don’t like to sand it as much as BIN and I do not think it has the same adhesion as BIN but it is far more resilient to water exposure than BIN. Sanding doesn’t quite powder up instead the powder residue seems to accumulate into little balls that build up unless thoroughly wiped from the surface these balls get imbedded into the sand paper and begin marring the surface if allowed to accumulate. Quite annoying even after allowing more time to cure but most likely caused by the extreme humidity of Florida Edit: it’s best to wet sand any type of lacquer it prevents the balling from happening and marring the surface

What are the VOCs of this product?
so your using a cup gun for solvent vinyl and air assisted for 2k water top coat .
at the moment, yes. I don't like to spray solvent and WB out of the same pump. I'll be setting up a second AAA for vinyl soon.
