My dog is what got me into the RC world. Started with a cheap $80 unit for him to chase around and turned into 8 rigs worth about 5-6k lmao. Tons of good times over the years tho and kept him in great shape! He'll be 11 next month and still gets after it, just needs longer naps in between.
Me too! I stopped from 11 to 41 and it all started from going to the dog park with a Rustler!
A car from Hobao is definitely next on my list they've got a lot of great choices :) Good run lookin forward to seeing her tuned in

I have it now, very cool RC :)
I put a Tenshock sc401v2 + max10SCT in mine. 3s. I also replaced the stock front upper arms with the ST Pro ones (modded). Goes about 51mph with 14t and around 64mph with 17t. I regularly send it 30+ feet high at my local BMX track (same one RazorRC bashes). As long as you don't land on one wheel it'll take all the sends you can throw at it with very little bends and/or breakages. Got a video of it flying on the Hobao Racing Discussion FB group page.
Its funny my dobermans love to chase the bashers, but dont pay attention to the crawlers
Jaytee dont forget to mention you cant beat beat the price really for this truck, 260 for kit and i think 310 for rtr
The sst is a beast too but needs better wing mounts
I'm currently running a 5200kv and a 13 tooth and it moves good, I'm thinking about going a couple more teeth and a 5400 kv.
Probably going to order a Hyper TT on Monday, Might even order the VS2 as well.

JT in the UK the VS2 roller is £325 / $438, however they are now selling the Radix 6 rtr reduced to £339 / $457. What would be your choice between these 2 buggys bearing in mind the reduced price on the Radix 6 rtr being very close to the VS2 roller ?
Might have to add this to the vte2 your review helped me buying that😆😆 quick one mate when buying a motor for this do you need one with a 3.2mm shaft or 5mm shaft mate 👍🙏💚

Hello friend Jay Tee, I wanted to ask you if for you hobao is a better brand than armma I want to buy one of these tt10e or a big rock arrma, I think a lot of marketing promotion has been done to arrma, my friend's big rock has a very strong chassis (but the motor mount loosens with 3s) (also he dirt enters the spur quickly) how long do you think big rock transmissions will last me? I know that the arrma vehicles jump great (they make turns in the air) (inflate their tires) and are very pleasant to look at, but do you think that in spite of everything hobao has better quality transmissions? especially this model? I don't mind doing somersaults in the air or inflating tires, I'm happy to have a durable 3s transmission and differentials.

the Hobao will out perform the big rock by a long shot. But it's not as durable as the big rock is. And not that much after Market support either
Two totally different platforms that are built for totally different purposes. Big rock for bashing and TT is a track vehicle.
Jay, it there a v2 Hyper TT? I remember your white 1 and my v2 from 2018 came with a 9 th pinion. And nothing sounds like a hyper tt!

Whats different from v1 and v2 this looks just like one i bought 3 or 4 yrs ago, this was my go to basher for cpl yrs only broke shock tower until i hit a curb at 40mph

They should have thickened the shock Towers. I've had mine since 2018 and I've broken shock Towers two or three times but other than that it's just A arms. LOVE the "Hyper Ho."
