Nothing too extreme or attention seeking food-wise or behavior-wise, just a bunch of guys enjoying themselves with some really good food. Also, kudos to him for having the courage to change his career path, nothing worse than being stuck doing something you hate for the rest of your life.
These are the Chef's Night Out episodes that I love. Great wholesome food and people. Nothings pretentious and just using great ingredients and simple food.

You guys should a Chef´s Day Out version instead. That way the guest doesn´t feel pressured to eat a lot of food in a couple of hours and they actually get to enjoy each meal. You´d have better quality footage for your viewers and you could visit a different restaurants with each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, even drinks).
Nice to see some old school blue collar guys doing the Chef's Night Out.. not just obnoxious hipsters... after all the pizza and pasta, a miracle these guys didn't explode.
