Would love to see you react to 'nfl's biggest hits, I dominated soccer as a striker/forward in elementary, but injured to many player's in highshool football and quit.
Football is an ancient game that has been played professionally since the 19th century when the rules were codified. The golden goal rule was briefly used in knockout games if the score was tied to encourage teams who on extra time would tend to play defensively and wait for penalties to be more attacking with what was next goal wins (it didn't work as teams went even more defensive) the free kick goal at 5:15 England against Greece was the goal that allowed England to earn the point that they needed to qualify for the world cup. The player who scored it had gotten himself sent off at the world cup 4 years earlier and became a villain that goal was enough for attitude towards him to change
A "golden goal" was a thing they used to have mainly in international tournaments, when teams would still be tied after 90 mins. The first team to score in extra time would automatically win the match. Of course if none of them scored in the 2x15 mins extra time, it would be penalties.
Football -- the game loved by hundred of millions people -- including me. Yet is also a game where players run around with their shirt off, screaming celebrations -- just for doing your job. It is your JOB to score goals. Can surely not be a surprise when you actually do score a goal. Also when a team wins the final game in a competition they are lauded and applauded, however they could NOT have won that game, that competition, without the other teams in the competition. Especially the opposing team in the final. Give some credit to every other team in the competition.
Lmao you act as if The players shouldn't have emotions when they score. Yes it's their job to score goals but it's not a easy job as every team is a difficult team to play against. So if you have NEVER played the sport before. You don't know how difficult it is to score a goal especially on a Professional Level. So Let the Players do what they want to do like doing a SCREAMING CELEBRATION cause they deserve it OLD MAN
To calculate the angle of goals, top players follow advanced physics lessons that teaches them how to hit a ball and make it spin over long distances. After their football careers they can work astrophisicists, just like Brian May, which learned physics to become a guitar player 😊

In Ireland we call it soccer because we have our own version of football. 'Gealic football'
Modern football is a descendant of a english medieval sport but yes some form of ball game has been played long before that
