@@ShoeysAdventures don't see how ifs would make any difference to engineering compliance. Just a matter of going through and paying for engineering like sas or any other major mods
Completely different to sas, your basically making the cog higher without making any major changes to the ifs geometry, it wouldn't surprise me if this failed a swerve test
@@crf80fdarkdays the geometry on suspension stays the same, probably the best way to do it
That's a neat kit......would be a neat addition to a ifs truck instead of going the SAS route..........

Portal axles have 35% lowering, so there will be no loss of power if 38" wheels will be installed.

Our quality is excellent. When we design our kits, we build in an enormous safety margin.
You should sell these kits for use on SXS's like Polaris RZR and Can-Am X3. Also might be a good idea to use compound cut idler gears, they are tougher than straight cut gears. Wish I had a kit to put on my sxs over here in canada, most of the ones sold in north america are weak and break easily!
Can anyone tell me what they were using to built that gasket? It was like an applicator pen that I found to be very cool.

We tested our car at 170 km/h.
No problems.
Because of the big wheels and the sound of the motor - the sound from the portal axles is almost not noticeable.
We put an enormous safety margin in the design of our products.

хороший комплект, только как я понял ABS лесом шёл и все сопутствующие электронные помощники тоже. Для бездорожья хорошо, но на трассе 80 км/ч крейсерская скорость максимум.
ABS залишаємо, крейсерська швидкість 100-120 км/г.
Тестували тривалий рух на 160км/г - проблем ніяких, автомобіль стабільний, температура редукторів в нормі.

@@WilliamEllison Portal axles can, and usually do lower the gearing, depending on how they are designed. The big thing is it increases the ground clearance for whatever size tires you use, because there's always a weight and performance hit with going to larger tires, and usually you can only go a few inches larger without having to make major changes to a vehicle. So if the portal axle raises the center line of a tire 5", you raise the differential and other components 5", which would otherwise take going to a 10" bigger tire(since half the increase in tire size is to the top half, you only raise the vehicle by half of whatever size increase of a tire).

@@joyoptimal6286 Only due to the portal axles +5.11 inches of lift.
We recommend instal wheels from 37-38". This is an additional lift.
The center of gravity is fine. You have nothing to worry about.
