when a channel pushes play bass without knowing scales, how do we learn if they take away the very essemce of what all music is made up of?

Thanks. If I have a two pickup bass like this one, I might favour the back pickup but, actually, I have an equal blend for this lesson. Seems to work quite well with this particular bass.

I can’t find this Bass on Reverb. A lot of your videos are helpful to me. Besides my lessons I’m taking from a Bass Guitar teacher, my name is Greg.
