Can the average person tell the difference between 7 million color screens and 1 billion color screens? It sounds like a cool feature but I am curious how that actually affects the viewing experience. Are the screens more vibrant/colorful? I haven’t seen any of the phones that do this in person
Probably with the right setup yes. Native 8-bit content mastered properly is pretty good too though, which is what most of the world is presented with in displays. Like someone else replied to you though, it's HDR content where you get to see better the importance of more colour depth (10-bit vs 8-bit). When colour gamuts get expanded and dynamic range (colour volume) gets increased, the importance of more steps of transition between colours comes into play in order to avoid banding. With standard dynamic range content (SDR), you're not likely to notice the benefits of 10-bit over 8-bit. With HDR content, 10-bit becomes a must over 8-bit.
Similar thing goes for higher refresh rate. Even though it feels really smooth it has no advantage on gaming (high refresh rate monitor makes a difference but not on smartphones)

i've been using the oppo find x2 neo for the last 2 and a half years had the same case since I got it (more a testament to the case than the phone there) and I haven't had to replace or fix anything on it yet, with it being cheaper than the x2 pro by £250 (at time of purchase) id say it was certainly the better option. i have not had a phone last over 6 months before I used this phone, however that's not saying much as my previous phones where either outdated by close to a decaid or costing £25. the I have noticed issues arise while using the phone such as apps just stop existing as anything other an an image on the screen that's only resolved once the phone is restarte. overall I like the phone and I need a new case (forgot at say never had a screen protector on this phone) as mine is two drops away from being dust. thank you for reading have a good day.

@@sylvy16 oh i think you dint understood. the teardown he has done is understandable by us and he has done in a very good manner but there is no real 3D teardown view like by removing all the plastic he has shown some parts at a time not the whole phone so i want a real clear phone view like his clear phone without wireless charger
