    That stem looks absolutely insane.
    You should totally try and get another species like P. caerulea or P. incarnata.
    You could then cross with these and make own cultivars.
    There is another person in isreal that did hybridize passionflowers but i dont know their name, but they are in jerusalem.
    I will also cut back my plant in a month, one month before being put outside for growth.

      I know about the existence of other biological species of passionflower; they are actively grown in countries with cooler climates. Not all species can withstand the Israeli heat, so I settled on a type of passionflower familiar to Israel, which manages to set fruit even in the southern part of Israel. I don’t yet plan to engage in crossing and selection of passion flowers, since after all, my heart belongs to figs)).

      @@figsinisrael1043 yes, I forgot about the heat, passionflowers don't like it usually unless grafted or crossed with tolerant species. Figs live in your climate way better.
