- I'm playing a Gibson SG CS through a Walrus Audio Janus Combined Fuzz and Tremolo Pedal through a 1976 Marshall Super Lead through a 1971 Marshall 1960B cab miked by a Unidyne IV 548 close mic and an AKG C414BXLII room mic.
Possibly the coolest fuzz I've ever seen, or maybe just Johan's great playing
Thanks my friend! :-)
You mean heard!
@@JohanSegeborn I've been experimenting with the fuzz-tremolo combo the past few days and it's definitely very inspiring. Gotten 3 solid ideas and counting... thank you Johan!!
I love the sound of the snare, vibrating to the pulse of that tremolo!
Wicked!
Now that you somehow created a tone with FOUR balls I'm waiting for one of your
baddass straight ahead drum tracks to go with...(!) Great job Johan... works better
for me than my morning coffee!!
Thanx and cheers mate !
Woooow, love the way the tremolo make the fuzz scream!! Great demo as usual :-)
Thanks man, glad to hear it!
That thing sounds very trippy! Not my cup of tea, but looks like you had fun with it. God bless and rock on 👍🎸😎
Thanks J! Yeah I had a great time
What are you joking this is amzing
That pedal is possessed with tones.
Well done and thanks for sharing brother! Be Well Johan, Be Well All!
Thanks brother! Stay safe!
Johan, that was really great! Waiting for the strat version! See you! Running to see some Mayhem. Its gonna be great night! See you!
Z.
Cool! Are you on a Mayhem gig?
@@JohanSegeborn Virtually yes. They are streaming online now their gig. Online now 1000 guys looking on. At least I could speak a little with Telloch, he is my good friend.)
Cool, glad you stopped by here too. Cheers! Have a great concert
@@JohanSegeborn Thank you very much!:-) I was on their gig in 8.1.2020. That was my LAST live show I was on. That was horrible day, guys were stacked with electronic devices, because the wind was blowing. After all, they DID IT, but the location was probably unknown. So, I bought 2 tickets for my friends, who had a car. Attila took me inside for free. Internet gig is not THE big deal, but better, than nothing...😏
Anyway, I was on their gigs a lot. Honestly, I was waiting for your stream, so I said to my wife: Scandinavia is online tonight, and I gonna spend this time with some fun. Your content is more informative and useful. To see a gig online is not to be there. So, I went to hear you at first. In the case of internetcan see it many times without filling shame or negative. I know, where is my place and where us my friends. ,,:-) See you!
Zigfrid
what a cool pedal, looks like a lot of fun to use and sounds great too. thanks for the demo
Thanks Mark!
Great mad scientist thumbnail! ABSOLUTE POWAAA
Thanks ;-)
That is awesome.Cheers for that
Cheers Chris!
My interest in the Janus is for incrimentally adding fuzz to sustained vocal notes but I have found next to nothing about doing this on UA-cam
This pedal is my cup of tea.
Cool toy! I want one of those as well.
Thanks Bengan! :-)
Thumbnail reminded me of my phase linear quad sound pre amp 🤘🏽 so I had to watch 👍🏽
Been wanting one for a while
Great sustaining setup.
Thanks!
For all of us who cannot experiment with high volumes and feedback, thank you!
Play one for the Gipper...
guys i am so fucked... if quarantine continues as they predict, i will have to sell my marshalls and most of my guitars ;( no more gigs or any jobs in the entertainment industrie until fall. can not even give lessons. damn it
luckily i got a little into hoarding marshalls and vintage ibanez
btw great feedback this video. it sounds really nice and musical
Thanks Vappo, hope it works out man
Interesting...kept waiting for your head to bob up & down with the term speed...
Hahaha ;-)
Sounds like something I'd do unconsciously lol
That little lick you do at 2:43 (and on many of your other demos), I've started to stick into my solos, just to be a turd.
Omg Johan I'd love to jam with you buddy...
Tune it to the cymbals lol
Like that at 2:30 lol
very interesting! The tremelo can produce and sort of echo, really. I like it. the fuzz is good for harmonics and screaming. Could you play something mellow and sweet and then experiment. that might be interesting as well.
I'm not sure I noticed...can the tremelo go down so low that it sounds "cut off" i.e. -0- volume?
SHAVE that fuzz! \m/
Cheers DMS!
Robin Trower approved !
Cheers!
Yeah I know it's childish, but I couldn't stop laughing when I think of how some european countries pronounce a J and this pedal.
There is a noticeable hiss on the background that I couldn't figure it out from where it came.
Sounds like the snares on the drumset maybe
Agree. Sounds like the snare
