No. That long beach is Hel. If you look at the Polish map it is that long tail by Gdynia city.

About movies - they filmed, for example, some parts of The Narnia Chronicles in Poland. In the first movie they are a few seconds shots from Białowieski Park Narodowy and the frozen lake is lagoon called "Siemianówka". And in second movie I believe they made some scenes in Góry Stołowe (Table Mountains). Another locations are waterfall "Kamieńczyk" and maze "Błędne Skały" but I'm not sure in which movie they were.
Also The Witcher, were filmed at Ogrodzieniec Castle near Krakow (8th episode).

Now further: 1:58 this long pier to the sea, this is pier in the city of Sopot near the Baltic Sea, 2:16 to 3:02 - this is city of Gdans also over the Baltic Sea, Sopot, Gdansk and another city Gdynia, they together create an aglomeration called Trójmiasto (Threecity), 3:03 to 3:08 - Warsaw, the capital, Royal Palace that was rebuilt after war, because Germans burnt it down and column of our king Zygmunt III Waza, who changed the capital from Cracow to Warsaw in 17th century, 3:09 to 3:13 Land of 1000 Lakes, region in eastern Poland , 3:14 to 3:30 Biebrza River (Biebrza National Park), 3:50 to 7;12 - Hel Peninsula on the north of Poland (thin tail up in the north), 7:48 probably Tatra Mountans in the south of Poland. PS My city Łódź (Lodz) is in the center of Poland 130 km south west from Warsaw.
