Simple Yoga for Health and Boosting Immunity | Sri M | 11th May 2021

- Under the guidance of Sri M, students of the Yogashala in Madanapalle, demonstrate various asanas which can be practised every day. Sri M says, with regular practice of these asanas, the body becomes healthy and this results in boosting immunity and also in the increase of resistance to various infections and diseases.
This is followed by a demonstration of a set of very easy asanas that anyone can practice daily, however, if you have any underlying health conditions, please consult a medical practitioner before practising any form of physical exercise.
This session took place in Madanapalle on 11th May 2021.

I have two questions.
1. Asan like vrikshasana was shown as done with right leg folded. Can it be done with left leg also? And is it to be done with one leg only or both legs alternately to balance? Same for asanas like Trikonasan or Gomukhasana.
2. For how long should the posture be held?
