Typical girl. Let the man do the hard lifting and then make a pouty face while simultaneously, society as a whole, expects the man to just hand everything over or be ostracized by the community and labeled a bad person🤔🤣. Then the girl raises her hand in victory, prances around showing off what she didn’t earn, as the crowd cheers for her and she delusional enough to act like her hard work paid off🤔🤣. Sad but true…

When I was 14 I caught a Mark McGuire homerun ball. Im not a Cardinals fan but catching the ball was a complete rush and a dream come true. It was also the year he broke Maris' record. 6 or 8 rows in front of us right on the wall was 4 or 5 yo boy decked out in a MG jersey cardinals hat cardinals glove the whole 9 yards. He abs his mom came up and asked to just see the ball. I asked him who his favorite player is. He replied instantly McGuire. I smiled and held up the ball and said here hold it and he grabbed it eyes beaming. I leaned down to him and said now take it home and hang on to it. Cherish it forever! His mom tried to protest and then pay me but I wouldn't hear it. I was at the game with my gma. She hugged me and said I'm gonna buy you that new 4 wheeler you want so bad. He threw away his happiness for a kid he doesn’t even know. Sure the little girl is happy, but what about the man? Does he not matter as long as he gives the little girl the ball and his happiness? Do people only care that the girl got the ball and will remember that moment for a long time and not the fact that the man that gave her the ball will most likely never feel that much triumph again?
