Dang all the saber stances are wicked cool and I love the force powers! They did a really solid job of polishing up the combat and I love seeing the saber flourishes that Cal does, I watched them slowed down and he does indeed do them correctly, I can't believed they animated that or was it done in mocap? It's amazing to see though, I really wish I could pick more than two. I didn't think I would like dual wield as much but it is pretty sweet, I'd say Crossguard or Double Bladed would be my favorite though.
I ignored the crossguard for three quarters of the game, then with patience I understood the times and methods and it became the main one for the toughest enemies. double blade for speed and defense and at the end also the Blaster. Now I'm on the second run and I'm undecided, in the end also a traditional sword if enhanced by good satisfactions
Missed a lot in the dark side capabilities. Sure, a lot of the lightsaber animations are Cere’s animations, plus some abilities from the double/single saber, but force lift, slam and push are often insta kills, you can crush droids and the enemies you confuse take damage over time (you’re basically frying their brains).
@@joaoneves6053 Yeah I probably could have shown that. But since I already showed both powers separately, it's not really like a different power but just using them together. So I won't be uploading another version of this video. Unless they release some DLC pack with new powers then I'll make a new video to show those powers. I hope they do but they probably won't. - Yic
What about the abilities when you use darkside? Lift and stab on a droid becomes crush or mind control becomes giving the guy a force seizure or push, saber throw, lift, and slam become super charged.
OK I just figured out what's going on. I play on PC, in the menu it says "hold X" to trigger "Gathering Tempest" and when I hold X, it does absolutely nothing. No different animation or anything. I looked up on Reddit and people say you have to hold X at the 3rd and 4th combo. So I never figured out how to use it until now.
1. why would he have lightning he isn't a palpatine 2. why would he have force choke that's darth vader's power only 3. he isn't a vampire lol 4. he has crush 5. because it's an amazing game you dimwit.
@@Starsteam1 there are different kinds of push in the game that can send enemies off of ledges. They just use more force. Howling push, pull and throw, parry push. These can send an enemy flying. Darkside push sends them flying clear across the room

I just miss Force Repulse/Maelstrom. But my man Cal probably is just ready to unlock it.

You can hold square for 4 times in a row when double bladed and they are different than just pressing square, weird you didn’t show this

You can crush. If you lift a droid with force life after activating the darkside, cal crushes them

Howling push and push parry are very powerful. Not to mention if you push during darkside
