    Which flavor of cooking the Brussels sprouts is your favorite? To be honest, this is not my favorite vegetable but once I tried it in multiple combinations, my opinion changed. The secret is using the right temperature for roasting and serving with something acidic (in this case: the lemon mustard sauce). The tang will cut most of the bitterness of brussels sprouts ! You can also use other popular add-ins like bacon (if not vegan), mushrooms, leeks, garlic or balsamic vinegar. Hope you enjoy!

    Thank you for this awesome recipe. Made it for Christmas and received so many compliments. I like mine with honey my star sauce or bacon and bacon fat instead of butter.

    Ohh I'm just here to try other versions of Brussels sprouts besides bacon, trying to reduce meat consumption. Thanks it look delicious!

    I like mine sprouts with bacon, delicious! I might try the sauce though 😍
