Hello everyone! I believe that summer is finally here! Not on paper, we still have a few days until its official, but let me tell you, man is it HOT! The green house benches came out so nice! We finished with the other side and got the tops on. They look amazing! Thank you all for being here, we appreciate you all! Enjoy!

I just went and walked through my Aunt's green house for the last time. She had a place to dry herbs in hers during the winter. I hope the people who buy their home enjoy their greenhousea and garden.

You should put TWO COATS of sealant on to preserve that wood if you don't put paint over the ONE COAT. It will save your exterior wood so much better. I sure hope you create cross venting for your greenhouse and also shading of some sort so plants don't get too much sun. Good job on building your green house it looks lovely.
Have you ever heard our old timers say don’t wear dark color when working in sun it absorb heat and light color reflect heat? I believe it is true l tried it and I feel the difference many years ago I had dark color and light color cars put thermometer in cars, the dark heated faster and stayed hotter. I’m one of the old timers 74 this year?

Looking good! Should of put it outside of your garden to save space In the fenced in portion. I used to work in a greenhouse growing up. Put cross flow longwase so fan in front side and vent the door for best airflow otherwise you’ll have hotspots on the far end after walking in

I would move the bottom supports to the middle so you can have bins under the bench and bins on a middle shelf.
But you are going to love your green house and it's veiw.
That water sealer would be easier to put on with a garden sprayer. It will get into the cracks your roller can't.

Greenhouse looking good. You said there were going to be vents on two sides but I thought you were putting windows in those spaces?🤷♀️. Windows with screens would be great so when it’s too hot in there you could raise them and the cross breeze would help let the heat out.

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. Your greenhouse is very good workmanship. But I personally cannot imagine a greenhouse that smells like lumber and not dirt. A dirt floor would’ve been my go. The less lumber the better. You sure are turning into a professional construction worker for sure.

You was talking about getting a Rubbermaid Tool holder for the corner. Would it be wiser to build your own rather than giving the big box store the money or would it be cheaper?

I love your intro with all the animals and everyone going about their business. I don't recall having seen this before. Great work on the greenhouse. It looks good enough to live in. I wonder how it will hold the temperature during the frosty months.

Watching you ride your Harley brought back such wonderful memories! My husband rode until they had to fuse his neck together. The doctor told him no more and it broke his heart. Everything he heard a Harley after that was bad. Yoy could just feel the sadness and anger roll off him. I miss it, too but not nearly as much as he does. Bless you for sharing that ride with me.
You should consider sealing the floor before you move into the greenhouse.

Looking good. What is your heat source going to be? Are you going to put in bottom shelves on your benches? Be nice for storing plant pots, bags of potting soil, fertilizer, starter trays. Etc

I would have used some inexpensive plywood for the top and then put some linoleum on top of that. It’s cleanable, waterproof and less maintenance than the wood top.
They have shade cloth's to go over them the sun will still comes in it help from being so hot in there

You may need two apex vents to help with the ceiling temperature in summer?
You can put ply boards on bottom for shelving!❤
I agree, a great place to store bags of potting soil, fertilizer, tools, & extra pots instead of putting cabinets on either side of the door. Use that floor space instead to put two potted fruit trees or tomato bushes in the winter.

Are you going to seal the counter tops in greenhouse? I think it would be beneficial with water and soil getting on it.
