Melissa, you're just so insanely good and so generous sharing your time and your music.
I attended your last concert of the season in 2011 in the Park City Amphitheatre. I'd driven down from the Teton Valley of Idaho in the sweltering heat, and I hadn't been drinking enough water. I met my date, and she and I went to the grocery store to buy a picnic dinner, a couple bottles of wine and lots of water.
I had to park the car a long way down the hill from the amphitheater-you'd completely sold out that venue-and had left the water in the car. So, all I had to drink that evening was wine. Do you know what happens when you start off dehydrated, ascend to a significant altitude-7,000 feet-and drink wine?
Nevertheless, I had a fabulous time, and I have some great video of the concert, even though we were pretty far back from the stage. You are an extraordinarily talented, indefatigable and generous performer.
One of these days, I want to again see you in person and shoot stills of the entire concert for you... sober.
I love you and your music😘 precious pain got me through hard times. Never stop your voice is a gift😘
Thank you Melissa. You have always been singing in my heart since I first found you. I’ve been fortunate to see you in concert three times. You are one of a few artists who sound marvellous whether on stage, in your recording studio, or during these live stream concerts. How many artists can stand with only a guitar, microphone, voice, and an audience of one and move all your fans in deep, loving ways. When I’m severely depressed, I turn to you. Thank you for sharing yourself, giving your Love to the world and bringing us together in this time of global crisis. You have concerts scheduled at CasinoRama, in Ontario. Hope when all is safe, this can be rescheduled. Canada loves you!! Stay healthy, safe, and happy. You are awesome, you are honestly yourself. Thank you Melissa. My mom had your first album on CD when I was really young. I fell in love with it. Now I have another copy I found at Goodwill and I plan on getting it on vinyl as well.

I was first made aware of you in 1993 with yes I am and what I did was go by every single cassette and every single CD just in case anything wore out which the cassettes did first! LOL and ever since then I bought two copies of everything OK that probably sounds bad but look at it this way it raised record sales.😆
