I've been so stressed, and all my worries literally seemed to melt away. I reached the point where I literally could hear nothing but his voice, not even any music in the background. Apparently, halfway through the hypnosis my brother started playing his music, but I didn't hear it 'til I woke up. This is actually one of the first times UA-cam video hypnosis has actually worked, and UA-cam videos are the only experience I have with hypnosis, so I'd say this video is amazing!!!

Anyone who is reading the comments cause your scared, it's relaxing. He doesn't make you do anything dumb or forget your name. It's just relaxes you. He does do stuff but it's just like a balloon raises your hand, you feel like you're walking in the beach and stuff like that. It feels good and there's nothing to be scared of

my arm did not lift HOWEVER i swear on my life this video felt like 10 minutes. i laid down and closed my eyes the whole time and seriously cannot comprehend how 40 minutes went by. at first i was like "ok im calm what next." but by the end of the video... i was a million times calmer, comfortable, and at peace than i ever thought i could be. for this to work you really have to want it and believe in it. the mind is a crazy thing. good luck to all!!!

Wow. The balloon visualization worked! My hand was next to my hip, I was laying on my bed. Opened my eyes and it was next to my head. When he said sleep, my head slowly turned to the side on my pillow, and my eyes trembled as I drifted to sleep. I woke up. Feeling so light and so relaxed. Wow.

Danmmn I was about 15 minutes in when he starts talking about keeping your mind clear, I kept trying to only think about what he was saying but there was this constant thought of "how long is this freakin video" then out of nowhere ZZZZZZ. I woke up an hot later really relaxed tried to to get out of bed regularly instead all I did was just shake then I realized it and freaked out and shot up. I always thought hypnosis of any kind is fake. This video showed me how false I was before.

I felt like I was on a boat also, spinning in circles and I finished the whole video, so by the end of it I felt like I was paralyzed and couldn’t move, also like I was vibrating or shake almost. When he counts from 10 to 1 and says sleep I felt as if I was falling and couldn’t move or open my eyes. Then he wakes you up instantly by counting from 1 to 10 and you have so much energy at the end when he wakes you up!

You can be hypnotize :)
Everyone has a way to be hypnotized. But if you are watching a hynotizing video and you can't really do it, it's hard. I recommend calling him or another one who can do it way easier.

WOW! It really worked on me. Now I feel so great and fresh. In the beginning, I kept on falling asleep for like 3 minutes at a time and would start to dream but then I was out of the dream by his voice telling me to center myself. My arm actually lifted! I could feel my fingers wrapped around a string like a balloon pulling me up and my arm did feel SO heavy. This was great relaxation and definitely worked!

The arm part was weird cause I did feel very heavy and it took a little voluntary movement to get it going, but once I did it was like it rose by itself. I couldn't tell whether I was tensed up or just felt really heavy. Idk... Hard to tell if it worked.

I've been using this for years, the first time was amazing, but now I use it late at night to get back to sleep, it's good when you have something on your mind and this allows you to let go! It means I always get decent sleep and have energy and concentration the following day! What is cool though is even if you don't fall asleep you still come out of it rested like you've rebooted the computer. It is unusual how the experience has evolved for me, different feelings and images.

This is an amazing video! I was trully hypnotized and when the arm thing came up my arm lifted and I knew it was but I felt trapped as if I couldn’t put it down and he was controlling me. It was crazy!!!

Normally this doesn't work on me. This one is the best I've found. Definitely worth trying. I was out before the balloon part.
When I went into the hypnotic state, I started to panic and feel as if I couldn't move. When awoke from what I presume was a trans, I wasn't able to feel my hands. Eventually, the feeling came back, however, it was brought back by a tingling sensation (pins and needles). This experience was relaxing but did make me panic.
