Dude this was the most anime fight of all anime. It’s like the writers put a well made plot armour for the first near death, then they did it gain but with the opponent because they wanted it to be an exhilarating fight, and then they forgot that p1 was the protagonist and then they got lazy and game the character a new ability which lets them damage anyone within range with no build up towards it.
This reminds me of the one time I ever won a Yomi Hustle match. This dude got my health bar down to a sliver in just the few like 3 turns with his health bar still completely full and started trash talking me about it. Idk what happened but something snapped inside of me and I started to play the most tactical, calculated match of my life. I felt like an anime character analyzing every single possible move before I made it. I then continued to dominate this dude and win the match without him laying another finger on me. Needless to say they got big baby rage mad and I felt the most accomplished I've ever felt! I have not played the game since.

It's a fighting game, except every few frames time stops and you and your opponent queue your next moves. Then time progresses until the next player is able to do something.
