People literally have no respect, driving past the firetruck like it's nothing..
I can't believe when people pass you all on the highway/interstate...just unbelievable
Peyton S. I agree, why pass then by law you should be yielding to an emergency vehicle. When we run a call on the interstate, I drive between both lanes, so they can't pass.
do they tailgate when you do that?
patrick hawes yes sir, sometimes. But it's all good.
People are just idiots. I've had people stop in the middle of an intersection and stare at us like they are lost!
uhhh is dis der kwiki mart? lollollolol
I cant believe people don't get off the highway faster when theres a huge truck coming at them at 80MPH with sirens on...
I thought I read Mooresville, NC (which is where I live and 2 hours away from you) and was like what?!? No way lol
Would love to have seen more helmet cam
Nice video i use to work in fire/EMS only thing wrong at the 938 mark you blew right through the red light barely slowing down not safe in my EVOC we were trained to always stop and proceed with caution even if it looked clean. You can't do any good if you get into a accident just some thought stay safe.
indeed good response. natural gas leaks are no joke. we had a motel 6 blow up just a few miles down from my old house last year because of a gas leak
someone's growler happy.
That was a long drive.
Interesting 12 minute cab ride to the location. The rest of it didn't show much.
Not criticizing the fire department, sometimes they're required to do what many of us
don't have the talent or ambition to come close to their knowledge of fire and safety.
How old is that rig? It can still haul some serious butt
it seems older is stronger?
I'm sure the big 3 on the side helps.
I heard someone say Pumper 1
Good catch! We call swapped for Pumper 1, which is our previous numbering. Thanks for watching!
They pass you like you're super slow.
he grabbed the irons for a gas leak........
And? I dont care what call im pulling up to im grabbing some tools.
Pull up to a shooting with a 12' hook and a haligan in full PPE and look around like "What up guys?"
where's the fire? hahaha!
A man without a tool is worthless and purposeless... at least thats what they say
Kick ass#!!!!
is that the q2b blaring?
patrick hawes yes sir also a electric siren
its a code 3 mstercom a
U Must had to go to another state for that gas leak cause that was a long ride for a fire truck. .
If your engine in incapable of keeping up with traffic, why run code?
My guess is because they were actually doing the speed limit unlike those who passed em.
God I hope thats not your jurisdiction that took forever
Considering there was already units on scene, I think it was mutual aid.
It said in the description this was a mutual aid callout.
mutual aid means you go outside your jurisdiction/county to help another county
I don't think it said mutual aid in the description when I viewed it and I'm well aware of what mutual aid is - I volunteer with a first aid squad in my town
Aidan you didn't read Josh's Comment then.
