The Pump and Fill Oil Works Set was a set I always really wanted when I was little, but I never got it. I’m not really sure why I wanted it but I can guess it was probably to get Dart.
Hey Tons Of Trackmasters I just wanna apricate the usage of black bars for your video to give it a cinematic effect. I do think that the bars you have used are too wide and could be smaller. I have edited videos for other people that wanted these black bars and in my experience on editing these in for UA-cam videos is that you shouldn't use the exact movie bars for the videos because most people watch UA-cam on mobile and it feels like the bars are taking up too much space of the video. I recommend cutting the bars you have in half and that would be a really good width for those bars. Thanks for reading and don't feel like you have too do this this is just my recommendation
Hey if I were to make a dart for my HO setup it’d be from the new (but also elongated) Rustons by hornby but only because that little truck with the wire you can connect to the smaller model just makes it feel too complex for me
I remember getting the pump and oil Dart years ago and I still have the set same for the tanker but there are some parts that are lost and for Dart, his motor is not working and I literally taken apart luckily I managed to get a second Dart in Christmas of 2018 but even then his motor suffers the same exact issue it could be a little small gear or something I'm not too sure. I do like the Trackmaster version of him and yes he is long, but you have to appreciate the details and aspects and same thing can be said with Den and I have not got him yet maybe someday I will in future.
i've honestly debated taking like a log car or a brakevan and making like a rolling stock styled dart from it, same with Den from like the flatbed that came with porter or just a normal truck. like i've owned Dart for as long as I can remember and I've always hated how long he was. they could've just done a similar scaling to Rusty or Scruff for either of them and i would've been fine.
