I could see it as a meet and greet
We have a couple that does that in my area. They grow everything on their farm and have all the animals there for their meat. Everything is cooked right there and slowly served as it's cooked. Its a very similar vibe to this video

Great mixed omnivore grill Andy. I had a Douglas fir come down in my yard last year; it was 3 1/2 feet in diameter. I now wish that I had saved a slice and sent it to you for a dinner plate. Do you have another video that gives information on that Roman gladius you used to baton your firewood? We can always count on you for a great cook-up.

Hi Andy..... Great vid mate.... Just did two nights for the Great Tommy Sleep Out event for homeless ex-forces.... I had a go at campfire cooking and it isn't as easy as you make it look..... So from experience, well done you on the amazing food you cook over real flames.... keep up the good work... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is pretty fancy stuff for a mixed grill. Even parboiled the spuds! Jokes aside, that yoke split got me feeling a way begining with H...hungry!

If you take your knife or scissors and cut into the fat every 2 cm on most types of chops or cutlets it stops them from curling up like that. It looks a bit odd with loads of slits along the fatty edge but they cook so much better and the fat renders better and crisps up lovely. Great video. Your cooking and bushcraft videos are the best. Cheers.
