If only in regards to the food situation they found the schematics for the turbo-fert fertilizer machines. Instant harvestable crops in the matter of moments. Convert the golf course into a farm, set the robot gardeners to tend to the crops and instruct them on the use of the fertilizer grenades to automate the quickened harvests. Water could still pose some issues, but as the Lake above Charleston is still present with the dam intact, they could set up purifier systems.
I would be highly skeptical at the long term feasability of the turbo fert fertilizer machines. At some point they could be rendered ineffective due to the different vitamins required to sustain healthy crop growth, either too much of some vitamins and not enough of others, or soil contamination from the nuclear bombs that dropped could highly weaken the effectiveness.
@@enclaveofficerz3245 Well yeah, long term there would be feasibility issues. Probably due the main nutrients needed for a crop that has been replanted there repeatedly using up all available quantities in the soil due to a lack of crop rotation to revitalize the soil. That said if they are able to incorporate any of the surviving agricultural families into the governing bodies overseeing the harvest and cultivation of the fields, perhaps that could be avoided to a degree before the more mutated crops we know now began to spring up. That all said, it could at least alleviate the increased demands during the initial hump of it all as they start getting things organized. With a steady supply of food and water, most of the masses would start to settle down somewhat. Avoiding stupid maneuvers like confiscating the arms of the civilians by instead conscripting them into militia forces could instead instill a sense of duty and pride into them, uniting them in a collective effort to rebuild and protect. Bandits would still need to be dispatched, but with concentrated efforts to quell the main offenders, while showing that such methods aren’t needed for surviving could help squander any further attempts of gang formations outside of say former inmates or more radical groups. Sadly the Toxic Valley would still be such, due to the actions of that one guy who added the toxins to the factories resulting in the ensuing ecological disaster. Not much can be done to prevent it, as it seemed to be more of a surprise to many in the area. The Free States would still be an issue for any efforts to control the area, along with Taggerdy’s group who may have still received the transmissions from Maxson along with other groups in the area. Also, I find it odd that Vault 79 was not mentioned in this whole ordeal given the internal plan of the government for rebuilding. 76 I feel was more understandably so as we were supposed to provide both a labor force and the means to rebuild the population, which at the time due to supplies would not be optimal.
7:17 The death of the radio host was honestly a really chilling thing to hear, and something I honestly wanna hear more of: The perspectives of the civilians on the day the bombs dropped. Going about their day one second, and in the next their whole world is turned upside down or they're simply gone. Just another early morning for the radio host (lets call him Jacob), reading out a script between songs from their newest sponsor: Nuka Cola Light. Jacob hears the air raid sirens in the distance, but shrugs them off, assuming they're simply another drill, and continues reading. Then, only seconds later, the broadcast is interrupted by a loud bang and a blinding light from the window. Jacob shields his eyes for a moment, looking outside when the light subsided a bit to see the unmistakable figure of a mushroom cloud in the distance, taller than a skyscraper. The image of death itself. Before his final words of "Oh God" can escape his lips, Jacob is vaporized in an instant as the radio station is blown off its foundations. The channel goes silent...
The only issue with this is the fact that nuclear weapons produce a burst of electro-magnetic radiation across the entire spectrum, from sub-1.42MHz radio due to the x-ray burst all the way through to high-energy gamma from electron-positron annihilation of decay products. This pulse of electro-magnetic radiation, or Electro-Magnetic Pulse, EMP for short, would travel outwards at the various speeds of light in an atmosphere with varying atmospheric opacities, but there would be sufficient low-opacity, high energy radiation to shut down any broadcast station at the exact instant the radio host looking out the window saw the flash. That flash IS the EMP. Some is radiated in visible light, enough you will probably go blind unless you witness a reflection of the flash over the horizon via clouds. This means that the exact instant the photons that tell you something terrible has happened is the exact instant you lose your ability to communicate via radio about it. Human reaction time can't hope to keep up with the speed of the pulse, as a photon is easily capable of circumnavigating the entire planet in the span of a single human blink, a mean-average blink duration being nearly long enough to do it twice. We blink faster than we flinch, and we flinch faster than we think. By the time you can process the thought "that's a nuke", even if you were EXPECTING it, it's too late to share your confirmation with anyone beyond earshot of a bullhorn, and they can probably see the same thing you are. In the event of a nuclear explosion, break the window of the nearest building, climb through as quickly as you can, even if you have to land in a heap on the floor, then immediately head to the corner of the room the same side as the blast. The blast will go through the broken window more forcefully and the airpressure in the rest of the room will spike. Those two corners are the only ones marginally protected from the extreme overpressure and supersonic winds. Point your feet into the corner to mitigate the damage to your torso as the building becomes shrapnel and you get picked up and thrown like a ragdoll as the pressure wave rolls past leaving a low-pressure wave behind it. If you still somehow have your bearings and mobility, it's now time to lie flat again, head facing the mushroom cloud, toes pointed the other way. The low-pressure region will collapse soon, meaning you're about to get caught in the less powerful, but still dangerous, implosion wave. Your biggest danger will be fast moving, ground-hugging shrapnel. You better hope the thickness if the tread on your shoes and the point of your toes is enough to protect your feet, because a 200mph toothpick will bury itself in a steel roadsign, and some of those 'toothpicks' are going to be more than three feet long. If you manage to not be dead or dying from blast effects at this point, congratulations! You have mere minutes before it starts to rain... a lot. Whatever you do, don't let the rain get into your mouth and nose. Run for shelter, then dry yourself off THOROUGHLY and discard your improvised towel PERMANENTLY. It will be highly radioactive and will kill you in less than an hour. You need distance and shielding. Don't drop that at your feet, throw it as far away from your rainshelter as you can without getting yourself wet. Stay away from the rainwater. This shower is caused by the extreme pressure and temperature changes causing moisture to precipitate out. As soon as it stops raining, you need to find semi-permanent shelter with clean air and water. If you can't find either, I hope you have a gas mask, water purifier, and a frankly absurd number of filters for both in a backpack you never leave the house without. The next step is to outlast short-halflife fission products. The shorter the half life, the more radioactive it is. After around three weeks, all of the most dangerous isotopes you can outlast will have decayed to less radioactive isotopes. Congratulations! You're now a real-life Fallout player. Only problem: We never invented RadAway, or RadX.

It was MODUS, who get rid of the dangerous elements. MODUS stabilized the situation in the bunker, which allowed for the subsequent use of tactical nuclear weapons and getting rid of the SBQ (as if with the help of the player, he fixes what the crazy president and inept scientists botched). It is behaving as he was programmed. It continues to recruit new members and is really just waiting (along with the player crew) for someone to return to either take command or make contact with the chains of command.

I have a theory, the Enclave is splitting, one side wants to help others, the other wants to reinforce itself, i think the side that wants to help with join up with Taggartys Thunder
Pretty much the Boneyard, Shady Sands, and Jucktown become the dominant powers in Southern California. This would probably lead to a larger war between all three powers. It's likely having one from an Empire afterward. In Northern California, the Enclave would still continue to quietly exist. (Assuming that this takes place after Fallout 2.) Likely still having Autumn senor take the majority of the forces to Raven Rock. The reaming forces likely continue to exist. The Brotherhood would likely continue isolating themselves from the wider world. By the time of New Vegas. The Southern California Empire likely meets Ceaser's Legion which leads to more.
I made a promise back when Steel Dawn came out that, were Bethesda to add the Enclave as a full-on faction, I'd go back to Fallout 76. It's been a while now, but I will hold to my oath. America will rise again, Raven Rock will rise again.
I'm sure we will get to play as the enclave but its probably really hard to justify you playing as a faction that commits atrocities and war crimes I'm not very good at explaining so idk
I’ve listened to this twice today. Reminds me a lot of Jericho just from the military’s perspective. Would totally love a spin-off game or preferably a show to come of this what if scenario. Great freakin job!
You're honestly my favourite fallout UA-camr. You always have such great ideas, and I love how you depict my favorite faction (enclave!) Keep it up man!
Excellent work! Very well made speculative fiction and definitely still feels very enclave! The Ash-heap would have only recently been sabotaged in this timeline, I wonder if the Enclave will prevent the Dam collapse and the raider up rising now that they presumably aren't creating the scorched beasts.
There's certainly a lot of fun things to cover, I will definitely have my work cut out for me to include every detail. But I have no idea what you mean with the Ash-Heap being sabotaged, all the ash is from the mining that was going on pre-war, they even had air purification facilities.
I'm grateful that bethesda kept the series going and made some fun games... but man, I'm so much more excited for you lore videos than i ever was about finding new lore in 4/76. Fuck, you put more effort into deciphering the lore than they seem to put into writing it
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BABY!!!!! That's what I've been waiting for, that's what it's all about WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! (This coming from the guy who's been asking about this video for pretty much every video somewhat tangentially related to the Enclave.
Okay so the biggest things that have happened or are most likely to happen, that I can see so far are 1. Without Thomas Eckhart the Shorchbeasts are never made (Or if they are it's much further down the line) 2. The Cutthroats as we know them are never formed (It's possible they form a raider tribe in Morgantown however with the students at the high school and the university its unlikely they will have much impact) 3. While this is in the early weeks and months of the apocalypse The Responders and Charleston are likely to survive up to when Vault 76 is opened due to again the Cutthroats not being formed thus preventing the dam from being blown up 4. Senator Blackwell isn't killed by Agent Grey as Agent Grey is most likely dead already (Leaving Blackwell as the highest-ranking West Virginian official still alive) 5. West Tek's Research Center in Appalachia is most likely still producing Super Mutants so The Enclave will still have to deal with that (Not to mention they will probably have to purge Huntersville) 6. It's likely that The Enclave will come into contact with the Secret Service stationed in Vault 79 (The gold reserve from Fort Knox will probably be one of the biggest things they could recover) 7. While it was never stated in this video I can't imagine the Enclave would give up the G.E.C.K but either way, it's unlikely Harper's Ferry will attack the Vault with the Enclave present thus preventing The Mire from being made (not to mention it's even more unlikely Vault 94 will ever open again due to their experience with the Enclave) 8. the Free States will most likely be In open opposition to the Enclave (I mean they already hated Vault-Tec so I can't imagine they would treat The Enclave any differently) So that's what most likely has and will happen of course this is all the opinion of a Senior in high school so take this all with a grain of salt and besides this isn't my video this is Omegas video which is incredibly good (Seriously if you haven't, watch his other videos their amazing)
Most of this is correct, the only points of note being: Agent Grey isn't dead. There's likely still other senators alive as the Charleston Capitol Building remains intact. The Enclave are the ones that restarted production of the Supermutants under orders from Eckhart. The Mire in Fallout 76 was caused by the explosion of The G.E.C.K in vault 96, so with the Enclave taking it, there won't be a mire.
@@TheOmegaInitiative I didn’t know the Enclave restarted the super mutant project so thanks. And I meant Senator Blackwell being that he had a 71% vote in the election against governors Evans and considering Evans disappeared before the Great War Blackwell would probably be considered the rightful governor and his presence would give legitimacy to the council the other senators formed.
While I know that it’s not the same as an official campaign there’s a mod called “America Rising” for Fallout 4 that adds the Enclave as a full faction that you can join. Its not a hundred percent done yet but the locations, characters, equipment, mechanics and missions they have added so far are just absolutely amazing. :)
I'd like to see what if all the factions had survived, not just the Enclave. Like, what if the Scorched plague wasn't as destructive as it was in Fallout 76.
@The Omega Initiative Well, that would lead to a very different Appalachia. Responders, Free States, Raiders, Brotherhood, Enclave, and any other survivors. New world, new conflicts, same result. Destruction for all, be it slow or fast.
I love watching your videos and always look forward to more "what if" videos. Do you think we could have a what if Mr. House failed to stop the nukes video?
@@bentheeggboi1327 If he couldn’t stop any of the nukes. Like say that the software he has locks out or something, or he has a crash before he’s able to target the nukes or something else happens where his defenses don’t go online and the nukes hit everywhere, killing him and hitting the entire region or something
Pretty sure that whole region of the Mojave would then just become a complete wasteland devoid of any meaningful human presence, though I’m maybe not thinking creatively enough with it.
We did survive Omega. Unfortunately most of the clans that attempt to get off as the Enclave, fall apart. That's why I chose Squad Sigma. Rather than trying to portray the Enclave it's self, we're the best of the best. And in opposite form of the Enclave us players know, we're a anti griever, support team. Helping many streamers as well, stay safe when in Appalachia. From security , to holding and commanding silos. We just aren't NPCs lol. Love this video sir. Keep it up. ~Malak, Squad Sigma.~
50:04 *_"This We'll Defend._*_ Remember when that meant something?"_ As someone who idealises these sorts of creeds and mottos, this scene hit hard. I honestly hope to God that General Swafford(?) comes out on top in the internal power struggles - or failing that, Ellen Santiago from the canonical Enclave reinforcements. Soldiers who remember why the hell they enlisted - not for power, not to protect politicians. _To protect the United States and her citizens._ *_This We'll Defend._*
For part Two could I suggest something like operation life boat from gears of war the government in this case the enclave offers any civilian with useful skills or is appropriate for military service the chance to join them for access to superior housing medical treatment and resources
@@TheOmegaInitiative I recently did more reading they targeted those with firearms experience retired soldiers mechanics engineers any personnel with skilled labor experience
There needs to be an ally you can find at a radio station fighting gouls or super mutants, then when you talk to him it turns out he’s a radio tech for the enclave and is the last surviving member of the West Virginian chapter.
Really hoping in an update soon enough they bring a large enclave update to 76, would honestly make things more interesting seeing how it could play out.

Maaaan, this is gold. I wish that someday the what if the great war never happened video will be remaked with this quality
I will begin remaking my videos and putting them on spotify.
@@TheOmegaInitiative WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
@@TheOmegaInitiative but what about UA-cam?
You're honestly my favourite fallout UA-camr. You always have such great ideas, and I love how you depict my favorite faction (enclave!) Keep it up man!
I never cared for 76 but holy smokes this storyline would make me enjoy it so much. Can't wait for part two
Excellent work!
My man's videos save the day once again thanks for the entertainment you bring
Ah yes, another hour of content to watch in the future
Thank you for making more of these!! I love these in-depth story videos
Your passion to show that there is more to the Enclave has made me a play as one, always in their iconic power armor
Love listening to these videos while playing the fallout games
This was Fucking Awesome, love the voice acting man each vid just gets better and better, Thanks for all the effort that goes in to these!
I checked UA-cam to see if you’ve posted like 30 min ago, nothing so I’m sad, come back again and bam here you are, I’m in heaven thank you!
I use these as a sleep story for me thank you your voice is the best rival to the storyteller’s even
I absolutely love the evolutin of these videos and now voice acting. Wow
This was such a good video, and seeing it says 'Episode 1' in the title I hope that means we'll get a follow-up. Keep up the amazing work!
Yes, there will be follow ups.
This is my second favourite story youve made so far i absolutely need a follow up
You've convinced me to somehow download Fallout 76 the story better be as good as the story you told
😬 no promises
Was it?
@@MyName-qv3eg I personally didn't like the game overall the lack of NPCs ruined it for me
@NCR_trooper-69 the fact that you can't even get the gun of the guy you killed kinda did it for me
God bless the Enclave.
I love these videos so much, the quality is just so insane!
Yes! Another video to put on while I drift off into sleep. Love your stuff!
"it becomes painfully clear what's going on here..... hippies" 😂
Im loving this chapter-by-chapter format
The Enclave in Appalachia isn't too far from the Virginia Military Institute. They should take control of it in the future.
Wow I love the multiple endings. I don’t know anyone else who can write lore alternatives like you
I'm grateful that bethesda kept the series going and made some fun games... but man, I'm so much more excited for you lore videos than i ever was about finding new lore in 4/76.
Fuck, you put more effort into deciphering the lore than they seem to put into writing it
Easy answer to the question without a cool and creative story:
I'd play the game more than 1 minute before I get bored
The start and the nukes sounded awsome congrats
Hope we get a continuation to this soon!
"soon"
+@@TheOmegaInitiative+ Can't Wait.
My friend, you just turned a good day into a great day! Thank you! :)
This gives me the feeling of an old radio drama with the lack of pictures. Still pretty cool👍.
This is so well put together, nice work
"Dead by suicide with 3 bullets to the skull"
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
walking backwards now onto my axe like i always talked about...
fallout show was great but im still waitin on the next part of this story. thank u omega
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BABY!!!!!
That's what I've been waiting for, that's what it's all about
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
(This coming from the guy who's been asking about this video for pretty much every video somewhat tangentially related to the Enclave.
AKA the enclave questline we deserved
Not even 5 minutes and I already love the quality of the writing, I felt like I was listening to an audio novel.
Never clicked so fast Thank you for uploading.
Same lol
I love your content and this is the best yet, keep up the great work!
👍
You should do a roleplay movie of this in fallout 76. Like those Fallout 76 machinecinema films. Love to see those.
Okay so the biggest things that have happened or are most likely to happen, that I can see so far are
1. Without Thomas Eckhart the Shorchbeasts are never made (Or if they are it's much further down the line)
2. The Cutthroats as we know them are never formed (It's possible they form a raider tribe in Morgantown however with the students at the high school and the university its unlikely they will have much impact)
3. While this is in the early weeks and months of the apocalypse The Responders and Charleston are likely to survive up to when Vault 76 is opened due to again the Cutthroats not being formed thus preventing the dam from being blown up
4. Senator Blackwell isn't killed by Agent Grey as Agent Grey is most likely dead already (Leaving Blackwell as the highest-ranking West Virginian official still alive)
5. West Tek's Research Center in Appalachia is most likely still producing Super Mutants so The Enclave will still have to deal with that (Not to mention they will probably have to purge Huntersville)
6. It's likely that The Enclave will come into contact with the Secret Service stationed in Vault 79 (The gold reserve from Fort Knox will probably be one of the biggest things they could recover)
7. While it was never stated in this video I can't imagine the Enclave would give up the G.E.C.K but either way, it's unlikely Harper's Ferry will attack the Vault with the Enclave present thus preventing The Mire from being made (not to mention it's even more unlikely Vault 94 will ever open again due to their experience with the Enclave)
8. the Free States will most likely be In open opposition to the Enclave (I mean they already hated Vault-Tec so I can't imagine they would treat The Enclave any differently)
So that's what most likely has and will happen of course this is all the opinion of a Senior in high school so take this all with a grain of salt and besides this isn't my video this is Omegas video which is incredibly good (Seriously if you haven't, watch his other videos their amazing)
Most of this is correct, the only points of note being:
Agent Grey isn't dead.
The was an incredible alternate fallout video keep up the good work.
The alternate realities created by this guy’s videos make Bethesda fallout look like a dumpster fire
I really hope Bethesda makes an actual enclave campaign.
@@Red0543 America Rising 2 had released a while back, and it's amazing.
They wont
“Lord set my feet on iron ground.”
So quiet yet so powerful.
I need a part 2
I'd like to see what if all the factions had survived, not just the Enclave. Like, what if the Scorched plague wasn't as destructive as it was in Fallout 76.
Well the scorched plague won't be created with Eckhart dead.
@The Omega Initiative Well, that would lead to a very different Appalachia. Responders, Free States, Raiders, Brotherhood, Enclave, and any other survivors. New world, new conflicts, same result. Destruction for all, be it slow or fast.
Oh boy I can't wait for episode 2 but I hope you're showing some pictures in the second episode
I really want you to make more episodes on this topic its fun to listen and immagine what it could've been.
1 hour what if? Yea we will be watching
Thus is some great work. Please keep it up. This reminds me of some of my fan fiction. 😀
I find it ironic how the Enclave is the worst faction in being good for the wasteland but they’re the best hope for the wasteland
Part 2 !!!! Please these alternate timelines are some of my favorite videos on UA-cam.
I absolutely love the paced remix of california revisited, damn good
Really thought it was a real sponsor for a sec haha
Finally, you fix some lore that was confusing in fallout 76
I love watching your videos and always look forward to more "what if" videos. Do you think we could have a what if Mr. House failed to stop the nukes video?
Like all of the nukes or just the few he wasn’t able to stop in new Vegas?
@@bentheeggboi1327 If he couldn’t stop any of the nukes. Like say that the software he has locks out or something, or he has a crash before he’s able to target the nukes or something else happens where his defenses don’t go online and the nukes hit everywhere, killing him and hitting the entire region or something
Pretty sure that whole region of the Mojave would then just become a complete wasteland devoid of any meaningful human presence, though I’m maybe not thinking creatively enough with it.
keep up the great videos. really love listening to any fallout video you make no matter what fallout you chose.
I wish there were images as there on the older videos, but aside from that, great jiob
Glory to Enclave!
The hippies thing is fucking hilarious

*_"This We'll Defend._*_ Remember when that meant something?"_
As someone who idealises these sorts of creeds and mottos, this scene hit hard. I honestly hope to God that General Swafford(?) comes out on top in the internal power struggles - or failing that, Ellen Santiago from the canonical Enclave reinforcements. Soldiers who remember why the hell they enlisted - not for power, not to protect politicians. _To protect the United States and her citizens._
*_This We'll Defend._*
Santiago and her soldiers are still around 5 years away.
@@TheOmegaInitiative and this rate of infighting, the bunker might not be there when they arrive.
I really love this and would love to hear it continue.
Thanks' for the Content Omega and it's nice to hear your Story's
Please do more of these as a truck driver I don't have anything else to do but drive and this s***'s interesting as fuk to listen to
I'm getting there
I require more parts. This is bloody amazing.
"Politely outlining the need for communication"
Proceeds to chew them out
For part Two could I suggest something like operation life boat from gears of war the government in this case the enclave offers any civilian with useful skills or is appropriate for military service the chance to join them for access to superior housing medical treatment and resources
I'm planning something along those lines.
@@TheOmegaInitiative I recently did more reading they targeted those with firearms experience retired soldiers mechanics engineers any personnel with skilled labor experience
Aww, no pictures to accompany? No matter. A Omega “What if” is worth its weight in gold.
5:35 that’s some damn good suicide ig
Damn Eckhart is what you get when you let someone who ate leaded paint chips into power
There needs to be an ally you can find at a radio station fighting gouls or super mutants, then when you talk to him it turns out he’s a radio tech for the enclave and is the last surviving member of the West Virginian chapter.
Your such a true enclave soldier
This will certainly put a smile on the Conoel's face.
Really hoping in an update soon enough they bring a large enclave update to 76, would honestly make things more interesting seeing how it could play out.
This is great! Keep up the good work!
great video man keep it up the only trusted place for enclave content
