When I worked at an airport, during lunch break I always had a bread sandwich. Fed some crows for 3 months everyday, same hour, same place and after 2 weeks they were at my spot above me waiting for the extra sandwich. They were not there 30 mins before, always on time. Crows are very smart and with unique personalities. I can recognize them just by looking at their behaviour. The brave one that I hand fed, the hesitating one harder to gain trust and the oldest watching from a bit further.
Bread is not very nutritious, and causes their stomach to bloat, making them feel more full than they really are. Much better to feed birds a mixture of seeds and/or mealworms.
crows are very smart I used to work on the Oregon coast and when we would have the carcass box full of fish the crows would swarm in and hit the carcass if nobody was around and one crow would sit up on the power lines and if anybody were to come over to the other crows he would call out and they would all fly away. very intelligent animals.
Actually the kid tells the crow in the first second "hey don't touch my drink,it is miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine". So instead of figuring anything out they're(the humans) just displaying their autistic nature.
That's awesome- I just moved from a home of 13 years where I had made friends with the crows. We had an ecology system worked out. I would put out all my meat and food scraps for them that were not part of my garden compost- this kept rodents away from the garbage at night. Every year the mother crow would bring her babies to be introduced, and they would keep other noisy crows away. Also, being as smart as they are, they never crapped on my many cars, my flowers or any of my things. An unfriendly neighbor who was also unfriendy towards the crows got his car, house and driveway bombarded weekly, and he deserved it. Their facial recognition is superb. If you have a neighborhood with a lot of crows, befriend them. Your payback will be a quieter, cleaner neighborhood.
WOW, That is an incredible story!! I don't think I've ever been around crows. In Texas we had mockingbirds & they were just vicious if you got within 30' of a nest.

Kristina S. The definition of people according to the dictionary is 'human beings' or 'collective group of humans'. Also as far as I know the only species that has labeled humans as humans have not been aliens but humans themselves, are you implying that only aliens can use the word humans?. Which is a bit ridiculous since it's a human word designed for humans to use. Why does it bother you human?
+shadowjuan We don't use the noun human to refer to our fellow people. It's called a person, plural people. Do we say "one human was injured in the accident" or "hundreds of humans attended the concert"? That sounds retarded doesn't it? Like it's said by an outsider, an animal, alien or diety, to whom people are not individuals but purely biological entities without names and personalities. People refer to each other as person or people, not f###ing human(s).
Kristina S., Too fucking bad, many HUMANS still refer to people as humans. Besides, in some coutries we don't have a translation for people. We use human or humans.
When the crow was pecking on the water, I was like "Looks like he's thristy, give him some water!!!!!!!!!" And after like 6 years later, they realize that he wanted water!!!!!! The crow is smarter than those humans.

Although admittedly it could have been a crow imitating a jackdaw.
But a corvid is a corvid. They're all awesome. :)
Baby just needed a drink .....thanks for helping him out 😁👍❤🇺🇸
IDK why they're staring in amazement.
Birds, like all other life forms, require food, water, love, shelter, and kindness 😐.
Just lovely cute crow and wise too thank you kind people
The guy that held the cap for him kept his hand held out after the crow left like 'he really used me and left, I see how it is'.
Hahahah
Well he was asking for like a minute. That is just poor service.
Crow: these pretzels are makin me thirsty
Folks: have some more.
Crow: these. pretzels. are makin me thirstyy
Nice Seinfeld reference.

This time crow is thirsty... But next time human will get thirst of water crisis.
This time crow got helped but... Next human will not get helped.
THESE PRETZELS ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY
Crows aren't scared of nobody
Dutch family on vacation it looks like (it's nice weather, we don't have that at home XD)
Crow are great problem solvers, they are cleverer than people think. I like Crows great birds.
Glad the humans figured out the crow was thirsty! It took them long enough. Lol
That's what I was thinking.
That's what I was thinking as well. But, then I remembered that we had the benefit of already knowing that the bird was thirsty. We didn't. What a smart bird👍🏼👏🏼😊✌🏼️
+Smiles4UFL "They" didn't....
stupid humans ;/
Lol
haha. they posted this vid like, look how cool this was,.. and everyone is like, wow the people are stupid. lol
Hahaha
😂😂😂
😂😂
😂😂😂🤣😂🤭

So beautiful! Look at the crow saying thank you... beautiful
Crow: I am trying to communicate a problem with you. Pay attention dummy!!!
After 5 mins struggling to get some water
People: "ohhh he was thirstyyyyyy"
More like ooh wait let me capture this moment with my camera
It's one minute. Quit being stupid about it
They're dutch. The boy said hey that's my bottle its not yours. The girl in pink figured out the bird's probably thirsty and he should give the bird some in the cap. Smart girl!
Humans need to be removed

Beautiful & Smart Bird and A Charmer also lol
*Human throws bread at bird*
Bird: You dumbass, I want the water that I keep pecking at!
That crow was definitely the sharpest knife in the drawer in this video. Good grief.
@meanie boo It's just that he didn't understand him that way
@@MybeautifulandamazingPrincess So out of context. What inspired you to say something so vile sounding?
@@Thomes-Maisling A person insulting other people saying that they're dumber than a bird, people he doesn't know, is what I consider vile, I just like to give displays of rudeness a taste of their own medicine. Write stupid comments, get stupid replies
🤣🤣🤣 👍Seriously!
@t rr what did this person say im veeeery curious xD
Apart from shouting at the video "open it for him the crow must be thirsty " lol nice to see the crow so friendly
I love birds man ♡ I had a gang of birds follow me 😂 provided them water and bread + a bathing area, it's crazy how wild animals can become somewhat tame after gaining there trust little by little, I was able to get so close while meditating, they eat close by and what not, so much love man 😊
When I worked at an airport, during lunch break I always had a bread sandwich. Fed some crows for 3 months everyday, same hour, same place and after 2 weeks they were at my spot above me waiting for the extra sandwich. They were not there 30 mins before, always on time.
Crows are very smart and with unique personalities. I can recognize them just by looking at their behaviour. The brave one that I hand fed, the hesitating one harder to gain trust and the oldest watching from a bit further.
outSider Cain
the sad thing is,if you no longer work there, they waited for you days after.
naa probably 2 to 3 days max lol dont compare a crow to a dog lol
Nothing to crows. They can literally digest anything save for rocks.
Feeding birds with bread is never a good idea. Feed them lettuce
Bread is not very nutritious, and causes their stomach to bloat, making them feel more full than they really are. Much better to feed birds a mixture of seeds and/or mealworms.
Finally took you long enough to give him a drink of water
The crow flew off thinking _"Damn, still no whisky in it"_
@K P are u a bobs and vegene expert ?
@@AndroidGuru13 i am
They did just to make the video longer. Come on meeenn
Being serious, it's a wild animal. If you aren't used to them, you would have no idea on what you're doing or how they act.
That is a jackdaw. What a lovely bird.
awh
crows are very smart I used to work on the Oregon coast and when we would have the carcass box full of fish the crows would swarm in and hit the carcass if nobody was around and one crow would sit up on the power lines and if anybody were to come over to the other crows he would call out and they would all fly away. very intelligent animals.
That's pretty cool
It was like "If only I had thumbs..."
Crows are one of the most intelligent birds on the planet.
💯
Crows... almost as smart as humans but in this one's case... smarter!😁❤️
Took these ppl long enough to figure out it was thirsty.
lol
they may not have been aware of the crow's intelligence to ask for a drink.
hehe the bird was like "wtf i have a beak not a set of hands can somebody open this freakin bottle".
Actually the kid tells the crow in the first second "hey don't touch my drink,it is miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine".
So instead of figuring anything out they're(the humans) just displaying their autistic nature.
GAB GAB and here we have the requisite autism insult for the comment section.
Haha the unfriendly family deserved it xD nice!
momatomic Made my day
WOW, That is an incredible story!! I don't think I've ever been around crows. In Texas we had mockingbirds & they were just vicious if you got within 30' of a nest.
True. . . Crows around my place are like that. . . Friendly to me because I am friendly to them.
If you believe that I have a bridge that I want to sell u
This heartbreaking reality, if water shortages wish everyone could do this lovely family x xxx may nature watch over you and repay your cat of kindness😇😇
Crow: hooman haaalp! I want water, see? Im hitting the bottle
Human: aaaaw, cute... Lets give him food
Crow: ò >ó
yes, but it took humans a long long long long time to notice that he was thirsty.
Not, humans, people. Are you an alien or something?
it took them 1 min...it's about right. It could be just randomly doing it. I personally wouldn't expect a bird to know that inside this plastic bottle there is water so...it would take me a minute
Kristina S.,
Too fucking bad, many HUMANS still refer to people as humans.
Besides, in some coutries we don't have a translation for people. We use human or humans.
My tears are coming automatically...water are not only for human it's all common
Jackdaw I think.Lovely footage. Thanks
When the crow was pecking on the water, I was like "Looks like he's thristy, give him some water!!!!!!!!!" And after like 6 years later, they realize that he wanted water!!!!!! The crow is smarter than those humans.
xD
True.. Although the guy holding the cam seems to realize first so he asking the kid to give some water but he's afraid of the bird lol.
+Andrew Moon was thinking the exact same thing!
glad i read your comment. i was about to say the same thing lol
Andrew Moon you are so true ,bloody hell I thought give the bloody bird a drink ,or were they so stingy
Did it really take people so fucking long to realize he wanted water? Shame
Indeed
Fearless lol
Gerechtable i know im late but f*** it, what i dislike the most is when people do something nice, there's someone who is still unsatisfied. I bet in your eyes humans could do no good.
i agree, you can tell this poor bird was so thirsty!
they are so dumb
The boys not scared of the crow he just doesn't want to get pecked. and the lady has nice legs these are good looking people 💛💜 they help the crow
crows is one of the smartest bird in the world
Am i the only one screaming "open the goddamn bottle you dimwit!"
and then the brat drops the cap, what a moron!
Things are so obvious when summarized in a video title on UA-cam, aren't they? Somehow I imagine most people would just chase the bird away, without ever realizing what's going on.
