From all the other crafting videos I've seen on UA-cam, rarely do you see people's errors. And if you do see the mess-ups, it's disposed of or quickly removed from camera as a joke. Yet, if you ask makers like Adam Savage of Mythbusters fame, mistakes are where you learn the most. That's also why I list where I got my ideas from in the video descriptions. Creation is collaborative. And failure is educative. I'm not a high level creative. I'm a recovering art major, 20 years out of of making things with about an hour a day free to make a 'something.' At the very least, I just want others to know, they can do this too, and it doesn't have to be "the greatest thing ever to exist." It just needs to be what you need it to be.
If you're talking about the backing boards, I got those at a local Walmart. It's called Ghostline Foam Board. 1/2" faint grid on One Side. 3/16" thick, 15 x 20". Hope that helps.
OK. Glad you pointed out the mistakes so the next person to take on this type project can avoid the same. Thanks
