I do remember telling you about an area where the zombies will never try to go, but I'm not sure you understood precisely where I meant, and I no longer precisely remember.
The way I beat this (the spitters map) was with Thanatos units. The overlapped AOE of 6 or so per wall defense will work wonders. Later, though, I learned that they aren't a substitute for snipers.
I always felt that Thanatos were like the cherry on the cake - I never really got the feel for just the right number to hold a wall without being too many and wasteful. Maybe the next run could be Thanatos only... maybe.
Interesting how you disappeared almost as I did. I never got back to TAB. I've done a couple of Civ 6 this year.
