I can't explain in words how good that soup really is. Just like my former co-worker said. The soup by itself is way too thick and had to be diluted. That soup is so good! Everything we made at that shop was top notch!
one cook, one burner for cooking the other to make the noodles = another reason for the long line. I can't imagine cooking nonstop for 8+ hours a day. Strong arms! the dishes look delicious : )

@@澳洲觀點 Japanese 'char-shu" and Chinese Dong po roh/Hong shao roh are different seasoning and cooking method. Similarity is the cut of pork used. Both can be super delicious or super disappointing.
Dong Po Roh is named after a famous Chinese poet / politiciian named Shu Dong Poh (Roh means meat) who invented his braised pork with bamboo when he was on exile in Hainan Island. It is very different than Char-shu or in mandarin Cha-Shau which is BBQ pork (literally Cha means cross-cut and shau means roast), which is much drier in texture. Just want to explain the difference between the braised and roast style. The important issue here is that these styles were all invented in China. Same with Ramen which is Chinese style noodle, only that the Japanese added their own spin, some are better than the original recipe, or rather say different and unique.

何が凄いって、ガスコンロがせいぜいMax1万kcal位で(ちゃんとした中華鍋を振るガス台は1万5千kcalで、油通しやスープも投入しやすくなってる)、厨房機器が貧弱ながらも、創意工夫で多彩なメニューを提供しているのが素晴らしい。

台灣的熱炒店或中式餐廳裡,在炒青菜的菜色裡,其實很少有炒豆芽菜這個菜色,大多都是高麗菜、菠菜、空心菜等等,但是炒豆芽菜在一般家庭裡算是很常見的菜色。
簡單的豆芽菜加上切好的蔥,放下去炒一下,就是一道美味的菜色。雖然老闆的這道菜和我們台灣一般看到的不太相同,但我相信一定很好吃!
日本在製作叉燒的滷汁,不知道最後是怎麼處理的?台灣有一道平民美食叫"控肉飯",是一道大塊的滷豬肉(也可以說是類叉燒肉)、滷汁與白飯完美結合的料理!
如果店主的完美的叉燒肉放在白飯上,再淋上香味四溢的滷汁,或許也會是另一道受歡迎的台灣的料理哦!

ここは他のチャンネル見たお店ですが、あの汁なし皿台湾とかキムチチャーハンが旨そうで寄ってみたいな…
味は濃い目で汁がないんでやっぱりビールに似合うメニューですね。お店のコンセプトは「室内屋台」でテーブルや厨房を見てそう思いました。
ただ厨房が屋台感覚なので業務用の火力に比べりゃ弱火なのがご主人の腕前にはもったいないなと思います。
これからもっと上手くなれる期待のお店ですね。
