    Killer song!! Roberts vocals or so so good. From their first album, the one that floored me the first time I heard it at age 11yrs in 1969 and I'm still listening today No one and I mean no one will ever be as good, as cool and, full of swag like the mighty Zeppelin. Thanks for your great reaction ❤

    Led Zeppelin really don’t have any crap songs, there might be a couple you won’t love. It’s harder picking favorites, because whatever song you’re listening to is your favorite. What’s amazing is throughout their time together, all the great music of different genres they created. They keep listeners on their toes, you never know what you’ll get, but it will definitely be great.

    Your reaction JM was the same then me, 50 years ago, when I listening for the first time LZ. I have never heard before LZ, I am on the LSD 25, and on a really good tab of it. I have 17 years old, and in the afternoon, in hot summer time, I go visiting a friend at the house of his parent’s Super STONE. And there, he put this first album of LZ and BANG and WOW. And in my state, on chock, for more than 2 hours I was in this house listening something that had touch me like if that was just yesterday. I was flying walking in this house with the pochette of this first album of LZ, like if this pochette was a part of my body and while I listening this music like if this one was like so important to my live. That memories it is like yesterday and I still alive at 69 years old. Lot of international band have impressed me but never like LZ for their unique style, original sound, and the quality of their music ship.
    JM, I apprecied really much all your reactions. I will still following you will pleasure. Sorry for my English writing, born into the Québec, I speak French from my mother. Salut JMBOY, à la prochaine! Daniel from St Emile de Suffolk🥂👌

    Love this song. It's one of my favorites on album 1 so I'm glad you got to, and enjoyed, it!
    That sound I think you're asking about mid-way though the song is Jimmy Page playing his guitar with a violin bow. His playing during the song is often considered to be one of the best in rock music history.
    Edit: The singer's name isn't Led Zeppelin, that's the band's name. The singer's name is Robert Plant. As a matter of fact, there's a line in the song in which he sings, "Little Robert Anthony wants to come and play." He's singing about himself. Witty fella. ;)

      To the benefit of the doubt of the other reaction channels out there, apparently, if they stop the video several times during playback YT won't flag the video for copyright infringement, which may lead to the video being taken down. Other channels with uninterrupted playback reaction videos suffered bans. They do it not only to insert commentary but as a precaution.

    • @dabassmann
      @dabassmann 11 місяців тому

      @@jamesaron1967 I follow 3 reactors that never interrupt video, and know for a fact all 3 are monitized and YT isn't taking their stuff down. JMBoy here has been doing this for 2 years and has over 1000 vids and if I'm not mistaken has only had a couple of vids taken down, but for violence, not for copyright.

    • @jamesaron1967
      @jamesaron1967 11 місяців тому +1

      @@dabassmann It depends on several factors. If a channel is small with only a few thousand subscribers it will likely fly under the YT radar. If videos are not being flagged they will also probably fly under the radar. Sometimes it's just luck.
      There are many reaction channels that fear this happening to them. At the beginning of every video, they announce there's a precautionary need to interrupt out of a real concern. There's too many that say that, they can't all be lying. The channel I follow had his entire Led Zeppelin series of reaction videos blocked for several months. He has a much larger subscriber base.

    This was my favorite song in the world by the time I was 13. It has remained so until now. This one and 'Since I've Been Loving You'. Everything about their art put me into a reality based trans that has lasted me a lifetime. No need for artificial and superficial stimulatation as they have captured and mesmerized me in a way that no other musical talent has. Deep Purple, the Doors, Pink Floyd and a few others have come close, but not close enough to even be in the competition. What was really my stupid luck is that I spent years as go-go dancer in Washington DC (back in the day when it was still safe and lap dances were illegal) dancing to Led Zeppelin songs on the juke box. It was a real learning curve and took awhile to teach myself how to dance to something so creative and artisitic -- but I did-and did it well since I had been listening to them all the time for 10 years, I was able to interpret it through dance with a little help of my mentor who was a former New York Ballet dancer. What a fantastic experience!

    Another very good reaction - thank you. If you want to take a slight diversion in the rabbit hole - Page and Plant toured together in the 1990's with a backing band. Their final tour was in 1998. Jimmy Page's playing was on fire on this last tour. Here's a link to the performance of How Many More Times with the 1960's folk song, Morning Dew, in the middle - followed by Rock and Roll.
