Love this hat! And I love that you give the stitch count at the end of every row, I’m a counter without the stitch count I would mess up every time. Thank you . God bless u

I love how you’ve considered some of the rest of us with respect to personal tastes & head size by having already calculated specific measurements for adjusting the head circumference. My kid has a larger than average head without her naturally long, thick hair, which has prevented her from being able to buy
most hats off the shelf! I’ve recently decided to up her hat game by making hats that she’ll love to wear-namely bucket hats! Thank you so much!!!

I'm doing a harlem renaissance project and wanted to make something to represent this era. When she was explaining finding the diameter of your head, I remembered that we were learning about circumference in 7th grade honors!

That's valid; the 1920s hat would be a cloche (bell) that would come down further over your face before belling out at the brim, rather than a basic bucket hat which is more of a beachy, summer kind of look.
Anyway, I like it. It's going on my "make this" list. 🙂😍

beautiful hat however I am new to crocheting. It was hard for me to actually see your fingers because of your beautiful nails. But I do dig the hat and nails chic vibe.
