I'm now wondering where was this truck purchased prior to it's restoration? A '55 3100 with the large "camper special" rear window is very rare. My dad sold his '55 large window Chevy truck in 1988(in San Diego CA). I always wondered where it went.
My dad actually painted it this shade of blue about 10 years before he sold it. It was originally beige with white bumpers/grille.
