This gives me chills. I still remember the suicide mission. It gripped me the entire time and never let me go. In my opinion only Uncharted managed to recreate that feeling for me.
Cant believe i havent searched for this sooner. absolutely epic. suicide mission, leaving earth, an end once and for all, and i was lost without you are all such amazing songs. wish this had more views
Oh yeah, when I bough Andromeda on my PS4, I was expecting something better than dull story, the same enemies in every planet and mostly empty desert terrains where even a feeling of open world was fake.
I never bought Andromeda myself; the lack of footage prior to release immediately made me skeptical of the final product. That, and the amount of talent that was leaving Bioware at the time were both warning signs that something was fishy. I decided to wait for reviews, and boy I couldn't have imagined it would have been THAT BAD.
honestly, EA is to blame on that one. Every gaming company they buy ends up being closed or being a shell of its former self. The fact that so many BW greats left the company over the past years, during development time of several games, speaks volumes. Still, for me ME will always be one of the greatest series of all time. Andromeda or no.
Yeah, I'd rather just forget Andromeda existed. They ruined the series for me. Storytelling is my main gripe...was a good premise, but poorly executed. I literally don't care about the story or what happens in it now. The trilogy had it's story writing issues as well, but Andromeda still doesn't hold a candle to it. And at least they addressed our concerns back then. In Andromeda they just gave up and pretty much abandoned the game. When I think of Mass Effect, I only wish to remember the trilogy at this point. The characters are so much better as well, even the main protagonist is leagues better than boring ass Ryder...with an illusion of "personality"...really just different ways of saying something, not a personality. Shepard though actually had a personality and was someone who you could identify with. Like in ME 3 when the weight of the galaxy was on his shoulders and he showed moments of hopelessness. Like it was all getting to be too much pressure...so many lives to be responsible for. And anger towards the people who didn't listen to him along the way because if they had, maybe they could have been more prepared.
I recommend it to older sci fi fans I know who don't play video games. I tell them "It's not really a video game, it's a Sci Fi epic that uses a video game as its media instead of print or film. Just set the difficulty to Easy and enjoy the story." Anyone who grew up with 70s and 80s science fiction paperback novels and TV shows will dig this game.
The Mass Effect trilogy is epic. I must agree with ColdBeerHD you should give them a try A nice feature of ME is the ability to carry over your ME1 character to ME2 and ME3. Your actions (or in actions) of the past might come in handy in the future. Or they haunt you all across the galaxy.
@@znet646robloxfun3 Just don't get the Leviathan DLC, as it not only completely (and needlessly) kills the intrigue and mystery of the Reapers, but it also makes your character and party members sound like dumbasses after completing it. It honestly takes away from the game.
It's not about country. I believe it's about producers and people who organize things like that. This video is from GameOn exhibition in Vilnius, Lithuania. But 4 years ago, here, in Lithuania, were no such things too. Just some brave people took their money and managing skills and invested everything in gaming show :) That's it, now we have massive gaming show every year. Others followed, now we also have Comic Con and other great things. You need somebody to kickstart things like that and it will flow :)
Thank you! It's so ... positive. I think you're right not so halfway) On February 23, I will have a musical on the game SKYRIM in my city. Here is the link if you allow: ua-cam.com/video/gLHDI7Ea8EY/v-deo.html
words of the song (translate into English):

I still love the music used for the Suicide Mission
Suicide Mission and Leaving Earth some of my favorite tracks ever.

Suicide Mission is an amazing song

Loved how they managed to flow the theme into the suicide mission. wow.
Really they are just 2 different versions of the same song
Such a shame this series fell from grace. One of the highlights of the original trilogy was its soundtrack; Mass Effect was always so atmospheric.

It's hard to bring the Game Themes with a Orchestra, but you guys just did
👌.
hard? lol, how do you think they were recorded?
@@BelegarenYou don't know?))
Mass effect music 100% synthetic and just uses samples of "real" instruments))))
That was what I needed but I needed more low brass on the Suicide Mission (biased trombone player)
Oh, this was well done.
Love it 🖤 must be really nice to hear it live 😇
This is beautiful.
Love it my favorite game.
0:58 why is EVERY cover-version of that theme missing the high note here?!? this is always the highlight of the theme!
I have never played any of the Mass Effect games. The music seems pretty good.
Start with the first one if you like amazing sci-fi stories :) It's like playing a book with you as a main character.
ColdBeerHD Ok. I will by the game. What console is it for?

I love they are covering music from one of my favourite games but the suicide mission portion is too fast. To me it sounds off.
Not enough low brass on the Sucide Mission
*goosebumps*
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME
YES
ME is better than Star Wars.
Bold statement but true
Ok?
Suizide Cool^^
Too fast
All of these musicians look bored, like they're thinking. "I'm playing music from a video game... [Sigh.] Whatever, it's a paycheck."
They did that 3 years in a row and were really excited about the project
Recording quality so poor

Good enough. Clearly it was not recorded professionally, but those videos are quite rare to begin with which is a shame.

I'd it was way too fast especially suicide mission
Gaaaaaaaaaay
It's ok if you are one, but it's a video about Mass Effect music, which has nothing to do with your orientation o_O
Coming-out?
Magnífico!!!!
