Today I had an amazing conversation with Robin who is experiencing transitions in all parts of her life from work, to becoming an empty nester to adapting to body changes with age. We had a great discussion about dressing for who you are now and what steps to take to get there.
We also discuss the impact of decision fatigue and that an overpacked closet can cause more problems than it solves. We talk about building a closet of solid basics so that you have a foundation to pair with fun signature pieces.
I recommended that Robin lean into embracing a signature style and owning her uniqueness & authenticity.

Yes, I am 70… This is the first time I have seen your channel. I so connected with Robin and loves all your tips. I am to afraid I will say after I eliminate item I will wish I had it back and buy it again. I overpack on a trip just to have a variety to choose from or to dress in what ever mood I am in. I enjoyed every minute of this show. The struggles Robin shared are so relatable. I also love fashion and wish I could dress more like I was on vacation too! I tend to make purchases based on price and then regret them later.

What an amazing interview! I was almost in tears listening to her story as it mirrors my life and fashion struggles as well.
