Depends your laser light, some work better in white or gray. My laser is a creality works better with black, and I use simple pilot pencil to make the mask and cut the lines around de circuit using laser. I use Corel to make the circuit and lasergrbl to burn. 1200mm at 35% in a 10w laser.
First of all, anyone who wants to use ferrous chloride certainly knows what he is dealing with. Second, if this product was dangerous, its sale would have been banned worldwide. Best regards.
@ I’m not sure how you can say they’d know what they were dealing with, it’s ferric chloride for a start. All sorts of dangerous products are purchasable by the general public, bleach, weed killer, rat poison to name but a few. Ferric chloride should be used either care and the appropriate PPE, the bare minimum is safety glasses and gloves. Among many hazards it’s corrosive to the skin and eyes. There’s a reason why people include disclaimers when publishing tutorials, it’s for their own protection as well as the viewers

It is a fiber laser which are expensive. That is the cheaper one. The ultra is over $3000.00. You can do the same think with a cheap diode laser though.
This is totally Waste of money Just print your curcuit on A4 photo paper in just =$0.2 Don’t need this expensive printer of these kinds of pcb stuff Eaching process will be same for this printer and that process
How does just printing "your circuit on A4 photo paper" achieve the same thing - I assume you mean special photo etch film that has to be put on the copper, exposed, washed and then etched. I've done that, and it's always been a bit hit-and-miss. And you'd do that if you didn't have a laser - and if you did buy a laser for PCB work, the F1 wouldn't be it. But I DO have an F1 laser and I've been looking at a way to make simple PCBs quickly and without hit and miss exposures etc.

Imagine the amount of Press 'N Peel blue you could buy for the cost of that machine.

You really need to be explaining the hazards associated with the use of ferric chloride, your usage makes it appear benign

Hi, is it possible to use Atomstack Atom 10 pro laser engraver or do I have to use xTool F1 laser engraver? Thanks.
Of course you can use any available laser machine.
Just laser it directly? If it'll engrave copper, just do it repeatedly.
1500€ for that...?!!

the same can be done with a brush and nail polish taken from your wife
3:43 - ALWAYS use gloves when handling chemicals.
Better be safe than sorry! A mistake can cost you...
Thanks for the advice.
