As there are countless used cheap , powerful 3 phase welders available online that no one buys because 3 phase is rare and too expensive to get installed in residential houses, surely you know of a way to do these things
I love how you do toner transfer to get a "silkscreen"... that's nice. Also your "ancient" iron is fabulous. What concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide do you use.... I assume it's quite strong because of the relative "weakness" of citric acid????? In the UK, we can only get 12% peroxide as our government fear we will use greater concentrations to make missiles or something. By the time you finish the whole DIY method (which I assume also fail in some way regularly) you will almost have the finished PCBs in your mail box for just a little bit more money.

PAINSTAKING! When you tinned the copper with flux and solder! I don’t know which would leave less pollution or make less threat to personal health: dipping it in that expensive ‘liquid tin’ or doing it like you, with solder? I don’t make proper stainless steel screens and stencils, just use the one they sell at the art shop for T-shirts. A much better methode is to use PCB with a photo layer. Then print out with a laser printer on a transparent foliage. After this fix the foliage on the PCB and use a UV lamp.
TBH, this is a good way, but given the time and mess, it actually works out cheaper to have JLCPCB make them. You get through hole, HASL, double sided, drilled boards for peanuts, AND they a perfect every time.

I think they mentioned citric acid and peroxide. It can be used to clean the board by etching a small amount after soap and water cleaning to make a very clean copper surface. Also it will do the full board etch when left longer.
Please use CNC for PCB Etching, it produces much better results which can be reproduced again & again without any loss of quality...also no use of these harmful corrosive chemicals if you etch using CNC, thus cleaner & greener too...

For tinning, it seems some tinning fluid would be a lot easier than using a Soldering iron, and much better results as well.
