I found this very straight forward, will suggest part 2 for double sided boards and also include the mixing ration for the itching solution , Thanks mate :)
Hi, thanks. I have made it before but I had to delete the video due to music copyright claim, definitely I will it again for double sided pcb's, as for the etching solution I bought it pre-mixed but usually the ratio is 4:1 water to ferric chloride powder.
Yours look great! I tried that a few times, but could not get it to work. Transfer was incomplete and did not stick well. I went back to phototransfer and CNC.
Acetone teansfer never worked for me Always had to resort to trying to iron the toner on the board, which was always very iffy result. It would be nice if it worked .
Great process! A few too many holes to drill for my liking but using more smd components could help reduce that. I have an ecotank printer that to try colour transfers into 3d prints but I think it would be excellent for this purpose too. They have refillable ink reservoirs, so you can use non standard inks within reason and there are also some cheap models so I'm not too stressed about gunking up the print head. This might actually make it economic to try pcb prototype in the workshop instead of sending boards out to one of the online mass manufacturers.
Great video, does it helps for the transfer if to this same technique, alcohol and acetone, yo also add heat? or should I chose only one of those options?
I tried this with nail polish remover and hand sanitizer, im using a samsung ml2161 laser printer, it failed, how mistake did i do? Should i try with other laser printers??
Hello, I hope you will see my comment, please make a charge level indicator like industrial power banks on the OLED display and show the number of watts when a load is connected, I Now I’m making a power bank and like many people I would like to see your work 😊 I am sure that it will not be just an analogue, but a direct replacement for a store-bought one, since you will definitely be able to make a very functional and cool gadget.
why dont you upload that video 15 years ago? Best demonstration ever.
4:12 it is literally said "ACETONFREIER" there is NO ACETONE in it. its ETHYL ACETATE
Thats a very good way of making PCBs. Will definitely give it a try

it is difficult to align for double sided board with this method.
My Laser Printer toner is not effected by acetone, so this does not work. Not a problem though to just use an iron to xfer it.
Which type paper used and gms ?

U cant do this, using ink jet printer, only laser printer can do this
0:23 - "you need acetone"
Shows a bottle of Acetone-FREE nailpolish remover...
You prepair a mixture of 50/50 acetone & ipa, but you use acetone free nailpolish ??
@@6pack1204 Yes I did, and I didn't even noticed until one of you guys told me that is acetone free, lol. sorry for that 😅
really nice way and would like to try it. Thanks for sharing

Vou fazer aqui para ver se fica bom, gostei do acabamento que ficou. Obrigado por compartilhar.
Do you have simple PCB design for download just for practice?
there is easyEDA and diptrace

will inkjet printer work?
You should try photo etching boards.
that's great
what about masking
Absolutely excellent - Now all I need to do is find a laser printer. I am beginning to regret retiring.... just not much :)
Good Job 👍
Easy way to make PCB thanks brother
You're welcome!

Hi, that's a good idea, maybe I will do it in the near future but for now I have some other projects that I have to make.
@@HMProjectsok, this will be one of the best screens for a power bank, if you need a design of the elements, I can send it to you by email 😅
what is the use of this circuit, and if you please give the schematic diagram

Qual espessura mínima de trilha consegue?
0.2 mm

Cool.👌
good job!👈
