Not always. Depends on power level, but Nitrous is much better for instant torque if you have the traction. Just ask the turbo 5.0 I gapped recently...

The 5.0 can not be a stock motor. The 5.0 needs oil pump gears if going over 600 rwhp, an expensive upgrade in terms of labor and over 700 rwhp, a sleeved block to safety operate for any length of time reliably with over 700 rwhp/780 crank.

Now add about 20% more horsepower for the twins and it's still not half of that Camaro apparent horsepower. That Camaro would've peeled off faster than the mustang can think. Plus that tire profile is not supporting 1150 whp
BS- had both, owned both. The 5.0 breathes insanely compared to any of the LT and LS factory headed engines. Boost is king in those cars. TT built 5.0ms factory intake and factory heads make over 1400 rwhp with twin 62-66’s. Camaros need the engine pulled and heads cam and intake swapped out to make it without high heat. Don’t hate- both great but different setups

20%? Where u get that number from, lol? My stock Mach 1 Gen3 10r80 went from 420 whp to 1000 whp with twin 62/66's, fuel system and E85...
