This single scene i think represents NCIS at its best and also with the best cast...first from Tony and Ziva having one of their many funny debates, then Abby innocently asking about hugging, then of course Ziva licking Tony to show her free caring, but loving and a little naughty nature, and Tony being startled, then headslapping MCgee and asking about it, and then giving that scared look towards Gibbs when the lady asked him if it's all true...and then Jenny with the smile and finally the Gibbs stare and Tony chickening out...hahahaha...this scene really has everything. And this cast was by far the best. Even the director, not the one before and not Vance ever touched me like Jenny did, when she wasn't acting like an obssesed lunatic because of La Grenouile of course :) Best times of a once best show on TV! :)

When the speaker announced that they were here to talk about sexual harassment I asked if this was going to be a "how to" lecture. Everybody broke out laughing including my Chief General Counsel who almost fell out of her chair laughing.

This scene is almost as funny as the one only true comical scene in "Criminal Minds" where the FBI agents and staff also attended a harassment class. And the seminar specifically targeted Penelope Garcia and Derek Morgan for their "inappropriate" banter.

Everything about this show is just the best. But the interaction between the members of Team Gibbs is so interesting and fun. This scene makes me laugh every time. Great writers-great actors-great vehicle=NCIS. Simply the best thing on TV right now!
Its moments like these on NCIS, which in my opinion, makes the show much more believable and relateable then most other crime dramas. The comedy just shows that we are human. The way the characters start feeling the affects psychologically after years of investigating murders and losing loved ones. Plus the producer made sure it would be pretty close to the real agency.
