This single scene i think represents NCIS at its best and also with the best cast...first from Tony and Ziva having one of their many funny debates, then Abby innocently asking about hugging, then of course Ziva licking Tony to show her free caring, but loving and a little naughty nature, and Tony being startled, then headslapping MCgee and asking about it, and then giving that scared look towards Gibbs when the lady asked him if it's all true...and then Jenny with the smile and finally the Gibbs stare and Tony chickening out...hahahaha...this scene really has everything. And this cast was by far the best. Everybody broke out laughing including my Chief General Counsel who almost fell out of her chair laughing.
im an air force cop and we are required to do a similar seminar several times a year...we have had people quit after being in a room with us...its similar to this but way worse lol

In the Netherlands this show is populair too. Great actors, great writers and a great cameracrew. A show about normal people: damaged, frustrated, angry, afraid. Sometimes no real contact with a parent, child or other family. People who love to be on their own but also very loyal to their coworkers. A rare combination which I love.
So, at work I had to help come up with a sexual harassment presentation. I based my presentation on this episode (same analogy with the traffic light). Thankfully there was nothing included about touching dead naked people included.
This scene is almost as funny as the one only true comical scene in "Criminal Minds" where the FBI agents and staff also attended a harassment class. And the seminar specifically targeted Penelope Garcia and Derek Morgan for their "inappropriate" banter.
