  • The final Nautilus Machine restored in our gym from our contract. This 2nd Gen Lat Pulldown as good as it is we felt with the Pulldown attachment on the Pullover/Pulldown and the Behind Neck/Torso Arm Pulldown was a sufficient amount of vertical pulling Variations within the gym. With a handy mate we managed to fabricate a seated row attachment and extended the chain to accomodate a horizontal rowing machine within the gym. The strength curve is the same with horizontal and vertical pulling exercises so the transition works perfectly.

I just love Arthur's messages, he was quite right about many things!

That's unique. There are very few of them left, but keep an eye out for a Nautilus Gen. 3 Low-Fruxtion Compound Row.

I hear the low friction compound row and bench press are both great machines

@@lachlanzrim Yes, I had them both in the late 80s. I haven't seen either in decades. Also, both had a pretty massive footprint. Functionally I don't think either were much better than the later Next Generation versions ✌️

What a crime to such a nice machine. Its proves you do not understand Nautilus cams. Arthur never wanted to make a seat row while owning nautilus. Series 3 seated row was not designed by Arthur. Medx seated row designed by Arthur is best machine ever made

Hi Leo. Nice to hear from you again. Always one to speak positively of others. For your information, the behind neck Pulldown is still perfectly functional. At no point was any of the existing machine altered in a permanent way. It is dual purpose and it works great. You seem to know an awful lot about Arthur's opinions considering you never met the guy.
