Discover the best natural and effective remedy for arthritis. This one surprised me!
0:00 Introduction: The best natural remedy for arthritis
    0:35 What is arthritis?
0:40 Side effects of NSAIDs and steroids
    1:02 How this remedy works
    1:40 Signs of NAD deficiency
2:48 The best vitamin for arthritis
In this video, we’re going to talk about a vitamin that can help relieve symptoms of arthritis. Arthritis involves inflammation, breakdown of cartilage, stiffness, and pain.
People often take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get rid of the pain associated with arthritis, but NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and kidney problems. Steroids for pain can destroy your joints and lower your immune system.
This incredible remedy for arthritis is a precursor for NAD. NAD is a helper molecule that helps turn food into energy and is involved in over 400 different genes.
Signs of an NAD deficiency can include:
    1. Low collagen repair
    2. Inflammation
    3. Fatigue
    4. Muscle pain, muscle weakness, muscle loss
    5. Metabolic diseases
    6. Aging faster than normal
    7. Lowered immune system
Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis.
Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.
Tryptophan can also turn into vitamin B3, but the mechanism is not very efficient. Niacinamide is a non-toxic, effective, and affordable remedy for arthritis!

Hey Dr. Berg, I have a family member on about 500mg of Niacin (extended release and it has caused him to flush) to treat an arthritic knee but the problem is, he has had ongoing issues with gout (it caused the arthritis) and he has had (but controls with a keto diet) Type 2 diabetes. I have read that Niacin can raise blood sugar and uric acid but it seems to have helped him with pain.. what do we do? I don’t want to address one area and cause damage in another

GAME CHANGER!!!I watched this video and purchased on April 26, 2024 and immediately started low dose multiple times a day. Today is May 29th and the results have been nothing short of amazing. 62 year old disabled vet, slowly doing more and more yard work daily and additional projects, I can work all day with minimal soreness in arthritic back and joints. I have seriously increased energy as well. 9 hours at amusement park with grandchildren yesterday, I was never tired or sore, at end of day I ran RAN to catch last roller coaster before park closed. I average 8-10 100 MG tablets per day. AMAZING!!

Taking niacinamide for arthritis will take time to work (weeks). Foods that are rich in niacinamide include chicken breast, salmon, anchovies, tuna, turkey, liver, ground beef, legumes and avocados. Alcohol consumption depletes niacinamide.

I suffered from Osteoarthritis , and decided to try a carnivore diet for a month, instead of my Keto. The keto diet helped me loose some weight and control my insulin resistance, but did not solve the arthritis. After 3 weeks of carnivore, including Greek yoghurt, I was without pain! Even my decades long back pain, foot pain, pain and inflammation in my hands, it al disappeared!! Went on a vacation, could not always go full carnivore, so ate more veggies again, and sometimes restaurant food (=vegetable oils?) and my pain came back! Two weeks at home and back on track healing my body on carnivore.

Makes sense. I've been 100% carnivore for 6 weeks and my arthritis pain is gone. 1 year on the carb free diet, OMAD, and the pain was still getting worse. I would get temporary relief from chiropractic adjustments for the past 16 years. I cut out the vegetables and that was the magic. Animal fat and protein only. Pain gone, energy and mood improved. Sill getting the adjustments because I have a physical job that knocks me out of alignment, but no more pain killers to get through the day.
