What IS the Difference between Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) & Peer Support?

There still seems to be some confusion about CISM and Peer Support. These are VERY different programs designed to complement (not compete with) one another. Since I've worked in CISM and Peer Support, I have a lot of experience and information on both. I hope this video does them both justice. Need more? Just let us know.
