@@travisradovan5600 Try doing On The Minute Lifts, where you do 7 to 10 sets with 1 minute rest. Do intense rounds on an assault bike. We will actually be releasing a video in the next month or so on that so we can go into more detail there.

3 x sambo a week and 2 times i do train sandbag hypotrophy.
