Dude, you just basically described my breakfast every morning: oats, 99% dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil, bit of honey, banana, blueberries. I then have a supergreens drink with my supplements.

Really important note that you said: it only takes 6-8 weeks for a wrestler still competing to get in shape for competition. A bit of hard specific anaerobic work to build a little more enzymes in the body, a bit more mitochondria, done. But gaining muscle and absolute strength? Well that takes some time

I am a wrestler that is starting season in a couple weeks right now I’m at 152 but my coach needs my at 160 any tips for gaining weight during season?
I’m currently fluctuating between 126 and 132, I don’t want to cut weight because I know I’ll weigh more than 132 by the time to season starts so should I just go up to 138?
i am 15, weight 150 pounds and jst started wrestling after finishing my football season, my bench is 160.. i see that’s not optimal but what would u say is a good bench weight for me

275lbs would be a good a bench press for 190lbs

@@gruesomeshadow2203 I did not mean for him to bench that at 15. He will obviously need to develop that, but if he could achieve that into his Junior and Senior year that would be reasonable.
