  • As promised, this is our mobile vise stand to help us move our vise around. The mechanism works surprisingly very well, a slight push with your foot engaged the wheels and lift the entire vise just enough to make it super easy to move around. 👌
    This makes it really easy to move our heavy vise (175 lb) outside the garage to use it to grind stuff without getting the whole garage dusty.
    We can imagine this stand be used as an anvil stand or even a bench grinder stand!

    Hi there,
    Is it stable enough to work hard? With the hammer. Or wobble it noticeably?

    • @KOPOprojects
      @KOPOprojects  2 роки тому

      Hi Andre the vise stand is realy stable and it's largely enough to do heavy work on it !

    How thick was the top plate on your vise stand? 3/8" ?? Or 1/4" ??

    Sí parece bueno. Pero hay que ver la estabilidad qué tiene 😂PORQUE se hace de hacer fuerza pero no hace nada de fuerza para pechar la morsa 😂😂

    Id like to know what angle degree the legs are sitting on the concrete.

    • @KOPOprojects
      @KOPOprojects  2 роки тому +1

      The angle between the ground and the the legs is 65 degree. If you have any other questions feel free to ask !

      @@KOPOprojects this might be a really stupid question but your so knowledgable I have to ask... id like to do the same degree legs on my leg vise and im learning welding at college... do I make the degree cut on the tube steel at the top where it welds to the top plate? And then at the feet to make it level with the ground thats a 90° cut?
      Thanks mate

      In order to have a leveled and stable vise stand you need to cut both of the angles on your tubing before welding, you need to cut a 65 ° angle at both ends but they need to be parallel. I hope that it helps and that I answered your question !
