The folding chair/bed is a great idea however, in that small space it appears to be VERY awkward converting it from chair to bed. IF you are going to leave a car seat up in the back WHY can't you use that to sit upon and leave the folding bed in bed mode ? Others have left a car seat in upright position on the passenger side, and the bed is behind the driver .
I have that chair bed in my Ford Transit connect. You are going to like it a lot. ❤️ It is very comfortable! I sleep as good if not better on it than I do on my Purple mattress. It is so nice to be able to have floor room in the day.
@@TheUrban.Camper i’m excited for you! I looked at several different vehicles. I thought I had narrowed it down to a couple which I then sought out and test drove. The car I purchased was the last one I test drove. My best advice is to test drive some. Get inside them see what you’re working with. Good luck.✌🏻
Why put it in chair mode if you're exposing one of the seats? Leave it in bed mode. And where is everything else? You're overthinking this no-build build.

I may find that I do that, I wanted to give my dog more room. Once I get everything set up and begin traveling, I’ll find out more what works best.

@@DebraBachtell Awesome!! It is really comfortable. I think I’m going to like it 💜✌🏻
It seems to much to put in bed/chair mode everyday, for me I like a bed platform so that I have room to stored stuff under the bed.
@@pinay328 yes I will loose storage space for sure ✌🏻
I am planning on a new vehicle next year. I really like that van, or it will be a Ford Tansit. I am looking forward to seeing this completed.

Hey. I would center the mattress and place 2 bins, one on each side. Good ideas.
🎉🎉🎉 it's coming together Amy🎉🎉🎉
@@davidandreasen9010 yes I’m starting to be able to see it! Thank you so much for your support ✌🏻
@@Bohotraveler Are you homeless??
Like you said in one of your earlier videos you just need to try things out to figure out what will be a long term solution.
Exactly ✌🏻🌲
Great bed solution!
It’s so comfy! ✌🏻
The bed looks big. Will there really be room for the rest of your gear?
@@ooooo802 it’s actually not. It’s a single which is the size of a cot. ✌🏻
