I’m almost 70 and may be losing my housing this year so I could find myself homeless & living in my car. All these tips I’m keeping so if I ever need to make the shift, I hope I can do it with as much grace as you do.
Just found you today, great video. Did I miss the sleeping arrangement? I literally decided 3 days ago to begin a nomad lifestyle, inspired by others. I haven’t even camped in like 40 years. Long story short, got laid off in June, not one interview with 42 yrs experience, guessing age discrimination & economy in toilet. Fitting up my Volvo SUV trailering my bagger and hitting the Road starting from North GA February, (not paying rent after January) and headed towards Key West. My rig will be far from done and plan to actually complete as I go, is this an insane plan?
Hats off to you. I couldn’t live full time in a van but for the last 8 years my husband and I have been travelling all around Great Britain part time for weeks at a time in our motor home. You have great energy Lots of love from 🇬🇧

Aren't you worried about security? But the benefits of being able to see the country side and sleep under the stars in summer would be great.how do you keep warm in winter tho.and eating do you have a cooker? And how do you shower etc.
Mimi been watching you for awhile but I just saw the funniest nomad who actually ordered a wind generator to power his solar so when he drives he's charging his battery even if the sun is not available. He had to drill a hole through his roof to install, but it was absolutely one of the best solutions for extra power Ive seen yet. Thought Id leave the tip here. He got the wind generator from Amazon, was very affordable.
If you need to bug out Ive got a place for you in New Mexico :-) we have a lot in common except I'm in a cargo van and I don't live on the floor :-) I am considering making a boondock campground out of My Little piece of property but when s t h f happens I think van life females could really help each other :-) I love your soft sided expensive upright container!

Great organizational awareness Lee! I lived between places and slept at a park overnight so I know how much you go through to maintain order but after a while it’s natural. I couldn’t sleep in my car because of fear. I live in a state where it’s illegal big I’m tied here until I can sell my business. I keep struggling to find a place called home and I think that’s why I keep coming back to these vanlife ideas.
I've been a hoarder all my life and I'm thinking of selling my house and buying a motorhome but what do I do with all my stuff? I have 13 vehicles in three boats and you name it I have it probably. Social Security is not enough for the cost of living. I'm 65 and 1/2 years old I don't think I have very many years left and if I sold my house that money will make my life more comfortable for a while till it's gone. Maybe I should buy a little lot with water and sewer hook up where I can park my motorhome and keep some of my vehicles and a boat? Well I have options for now thank God. I enjoy your videos it gives me some ideas. Thomas

I love that you're a senior and doing van life because I also am a senior and considering doing it myself but I'm not very computer savvy at this point so I'm a little worried that I won't be able to learn because I did suffer a small brain injury so I can't learn nothing new or memorize it unless I go do it repetitively every day over and over and over again for probably like a year That's how bad it can be but I can like write notes and follow those so wish me luck and I will continue to watch your channel and sorry I babbled on.
Excellent how you have so much storage! All the vans that men do, have hardly any storage for clothes. Did miss something? I would love to have seen how you sleep, use a sink e.g. wash & cook…saying that, this my favourite micro van set so far…& I’ve watched heaps!
