If you doing this for the first time, you'll feel the pain in your belly the next few days. Even laughing or coughing will be hard coz of the pain. But keep on going. It'll be worth it.
I've been doing this everyday for a week and here are some tips I thought would be helpful! : -Remember to twist your body while doing bycicle crunch and Russian twist! Kinda obvious but if you don't, the exercice is useless. -Try to go for max hold on plank. Then, increase the time by one or two seconds each day. -Try to keep a pretty form while doing leg raise! These are killing me so I'm going slower but I focus on having the right angle. Good luck!! 🎀🍀🌹💕
Belly fat can't be spot reduced. Yes, aerobic activity will help but overall muscular development will help you lose fat even while resting by increasing your TDEE.

This is not how reducing fat works you can’t spot reduce fat. The only benefit of these exercises is that you will get a stronger core. You may might burn a couple extra calories when recovering from an ab workout because your body needs to repair damaged muscles. Adding this into your daily routine won’t hurt. But if you really wanna burn fat try to find exercises that are the most demanding on your body. Think burpees, knee tucks, running, Weight lifting if you have access to a gym, and probably one of the best would be jump rope but it’s hard when your 200-250+ pounds because you can get shin splints which suck.
No, these will not help lose fat but it will only help to build muscle. To lose fat, do exercises with cardio like running, jumping squats, and things that will make your heart pumping

While doing plank your body should be in straight line your butt can't stick up it will put pressure on your lower back. If you feel it in your back you're probably doing it wrong. It doesn't matter how many reps or sets your doing if you're not engaging your core properly you'll not see results. You cannot spot fat reduction and you'll notice losing fat everywhere but belly becuz your belly will be the last place you'll lose weight.

You can't target body fat on the body, it is all depending on your genetics, and most off the time it starts from your face, arms, and even your legs before it reaches your belly. Sorry about this but thats just how it is. Though you can target muscle growth, so keep trying your best and don't give up.
Yes, after 15 counts just a take break for 2 mins then again 15 counts then break then again 15 counts, so like this it becomes 3 sets of each 15 counts Hope so u got it 😊
Note: any abdominal exercises won't remove your fat u just have to be in a cal deficit that simply means burn more calories than you eat exercise make muscle of that area stronger not counter fats from that region
U can’t target the belly fat bc our body loose fat from every part of the body so if u want to get rid off the belly u need to eat healthy and exercise generally ( exercises help loose weight and have a good strength and muscles depending on which exercise) hope that’s helpful

Maybe you think you are fat but ur not? Or maybe try a diet! , and are you eating? If ur not , then it food healthy! Maybe you have loss of vitamns etc
Hate to break it to you, but these don’t work out body fat. They work out your muscle within the stomach aka the abdomen. Considering you have been doing this since 2005 you probably have a 6 pack. My advice is to cut down on carbs, sugar, and at least a 400 calorie deficit and stay active meaning cardio, walking, or running! Also the reason to cut down on the carbs is because thats what makes fat, although your body needs it so don’t cut too much off.
Thanks for support, but I am on low cabs diet ,only one chapati salad vegetable ,no cold drinks , one ice-cream in a month, I haven’t been add sugar in my tea since two years .I have tried a lot to reduce fat . I am 55 years old and doing exercise regularly.I never eat anything during 8:30 to 10 in the morning
This exercises that you have shown in this video will definetly train your abs but are not effective in losing belly fat. A simple logic has to be followed by everyone who is in the fat loss journey -spot reduction is not possible. One cannot burn fat from a particular area. Cardio strength training and balanced diet (20 %of calories healthy fat, 30%of calories protein and 50%of the calories carbohydrate carbs acts as a fuel hence it gives energy to train with higher intensity and volume) , sleep and recovery will help you to lose fat

Exercising doesnt burn fat, but uses energy created by bod recently using the food you eat Fat is burned when you burn more calories in a day then you consume. This happens when you dont exercise. She doesnt know shit. Any exercise only when matched with calorie deficit can cause fat loss, which will be all over the body.
Just remember folks you cannot target weight loss. These exercises will help you build muscle underneath your fat in the targeted areas but you can’t choose where the fat leaves first by doing certain exercises

It's actually about being in a calorie deficit which can be easily created by walking currently i walk 5 hours and i am loosing weight consistently

Just remember folks you cannot target weight loss. These exercises will help you build muscle underneath your fat in the targeted areas but you can’t choose where the fat leaves first by doing certain exercises
