Who better to ask the seemingly impossible task of figuring out 100 different ways to do a 360 flip than professional skateboarder, Chris Joslin? We won't sugarcoat it, this was not easy. It turns out that executing any trick 100 different ways can be just as mentally challenging as it was physically challenging! Chris was up for it though and made it happen. Join us on this crazy, yet very fun journey through Southern California capturing 360 flips over stairs, gaps, humans, Etnies shoes, STORIED shirts, rails, ledges and everything in between. We even got a car tire in the mix! Two lucky recipients will win a pair of signed Etnies shoes when they purchase a STORIED shirt, available now!

I am on month 5 of trying to learn treflips. The board lands a to my FS and slightly back. My back foot lands in my front bolts. Still putting in the work. The goal is 60 more days before I turn 47.

It's one of those tricks that you need to take the 'back seat' on. You're clearly too far in front of it if your back foot is landing on the front bolts. The top half of your balance/body almost has to be off (shoulders more to the tail, so you kind of feel diagonal). That way your body will stay where your head and shoulders are, but your feet which are doing the work, will be more in front, meaning the board will be in front. This usually helps flip the trick easier/better too, with how the weight/pressure is applied. Basically, you know the feeling like when you're about to slip out of a manual because you're leaning too far back? It's almost the same as that in terms of body positioning haha. Treflips are one of those tricks that seem and are difficult at first, but once you get them, they can be easier than kickflips etc. This might not make sense or help for you, but hopefully it does! Good luck!

I have switch and nollie 3 shuvs but I can't do them regular. And I'm still trying to learn treflips 😭

@@emilyonkov2172 it does look easier, but i can't seem to feel out a treflip. i've heard all the tips - balance weight over back left wheel (goofy), jump forward onto it. but i can't even get the scoop, it feels so different to any other trick. but cheers for the encouragement! i'll give it 10 tries when it dries.
