Kelly, your knowledge is unparalleled. Please slow down and take the time to show us how to do it the way you really would like to. I can't speak for others but I know I am willing to watch a much longer video just so I can learn from the best. Thank you very much for sharing

Mark Young Thank you! And good feed back thanks! Yeah I'm guilty of rushing for sure! No excuse but we were losing shooting light. Point taken. Cheers

Nice to see Mors doing well and still out in the woods, he's probably forgotten more about bushcraft then most people will ever know.

Grandmaster Kochanski just chillin´ and supervising the action. Rightfully so!

Great info, just as I have come to expect.
The saying, as it was taught to me (In Australia):
"If you have time to stand, sit.
If you have time to sit, lay down.
If you have time to lay down, sleep"
A similar one is also taught, to summarise "Rest is important work"
    Merry Christmas guys.

GW Sears laughed at the idea of 'roughing it'. He advocated 'smoothing it'. In more recent times and in a similar vein, there is a British army saying, "Any damn' fool can be uncomfortable."

Great demo of the different types of seating, thanks Kelly. The older I get the more I need to find ways to relieve the back and those tarp chairs would work well. Also good to know about energy consumption while standing sitting and laying down. When calories count it would come in handy. Sure would like to attend the winter course, am thinking about it, maybe see you then. Thanks for filming Randy, cheers!

I take one of those gardeners kneeling foam mats when I go hiking, weighs nothing, hardly takes any space and they only cost a couple of quid. If the ground is wet, i just put it inside a carrier bag. Cant fault them.

Pack frame, 5 gallon bucket with lid, has measurements on the side, 100% wool blanket, Sleeping bag for dog, 10Cs in bucket along with food, warm cloths. And what ever Firearm i feel like lugging around that outing. Bring dog on leash, and have run line if you want, just to be safe. Freeze some beef before hand along with veggies and potato's boil for 2. dog+you.

Hey where did you get that tarp Kelly the one you used for the seat with all the tie downs on it and it would probably be easy to make but where can you find something like that? I know I can get canvas ones but what's your thought on the material you're using other than canvas other than it's not as waterproof

Nah, you're not running out of shooting time. Mors needs to go poop in the bush, that's why the video is going by so fast.
