I have also recently become aware of how liquids effect energy. I was doing really well then I forgot to keep drinking as much liquids and I was wondering why I felt so bad but couldnt figure it out thanks for the reminder. Mors is an amazing woodsman! Thank you so much for these videos of him passing on his priceless knowledge. Can I purchase a pot like the one he uses? He stated that they were available. It is exactly what I have been looking for. It has a handle, a spout and a wire to suspend it over an open fire. I have thought about settling for a Zebra pot and putting a handle on it and trying to create a spout for it. But now that I see that there really is such a thing, well...can I purchase one? Thank you
What brand or make of anarok are you wearing, and where did you come by it? I have been looking on line for similar anaroks and can't find anything comparable.
