Engi A - FTL Hard Mode w/Pause

Going ion vs hacking - I stand by going ion. You'll see how effective the ion build is in negating enemy offense and defense in most situations. and allowing me to kill all the ships I faced. Hacking would have drained out drone parts as we didn't find a hull damaging weapon for a very long time. Most of the time, i'll take a weapon over hacking for weapon builds.
