    1 Can Mushroom
    1 Can Evaporated Milk ( Use Evaporated Creamer )Yellow ALaska 370 ml/ Can
    2 Packs All Purpose Cream ( 250ml/pack )
    1 Pack Cheese ( Eden 165 grams )
    250 grams Sweet Ham
    50 grams Butter or Margarine ( Dari Creme Classic )
    200 Grams Bacon
    Salt to Taste
    Dash of Black Pepper
    Cooking Oil ( For Frying )
    PASTA
    500 grams Spaghetti Pasta
    1 Tablespoon Salt
    2 Liters Water

      Food is generic. And we have our own carbonara. We have our own filipino carbonara Food changes everytime it touches to other countries.

      @@myfoodcravings6456 So for example, you take a hamburger, and instead of bread, you use rice, and instead of cheese, you use tofu. Can you still call it a burger? I don't think so. This "carbonara" recipe only has a few ingredients that are actually in the authentic carbonara, such as pasta, water, salt and pepper. I can't find any other ingredient that belongs to a carbonara.

      @@aviationchannel6204 in the first place you CANNOT call it a hamburger. You cant compare the tofu to a cheese . But if you’re a real cook / chef or so what ever, you can innovate the food, by social and CULTURAL innovation. Specially the title itself (Filipino style carbonara) he/she didn’t say italian carbonara because we have our own carbonara style. Dun tayo lumaki mula sa ninono natin na tawagin yang carbonara. Pati ang french at briton they have their own carbonara.

    BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!🤣🤣🤣That's not called carbonara and there is no such thing as Filipino carbonara!! Creamed spaghetti with bacon is the right term to describe this atrocity!!!
